When it sync with my daily activity, the calories that I have to watch becomes more precise. I feel like I finally have some control over being fit with reliable data. I share the device with all my family. We all have different focuses. I care more about orchestrating my calories intake and activity level based on BMR, but my husband has to watch more of his belly fat which has been threatening his underlying health conditions. My son focuses to stay fit with less fat and more muscle mass. So it’s been popularly used in my household so far.

It does NOT tell you your body fat
Super easy to use. BUT, if you are wanting to know your body fat %, you won’t get that info. ALL it measure is your ABDOMINAL fat. Then gives you a number that doesn’t correlate with your ACTUAL body fat. I’m about 30% body fat according to my Withings Scale. The Bello tells me that my score is 67.5% fat. WHAT?I purchased it because I wanted something I could travel with. Don’t waste your money.

I recently purchased this product as one of the ways to track the health of my family.Ratings:- Aesthetics (5/5): Nice clean, white look with rounded edges- Portability (5/5): Easy to carry for traveling and to store as it is fairly small (size of my palm). Lightweight (~4 oz only)- Ease of Use (5/5): App download/sync process with Bello scanner was fast and intuitive- Features (5/5): Daily, weekly, and monthly progress marks and graphs with clear visuals. The healthy diet recipes and exercise videos also looked very interesting and am planning on trying them in the future.Overall (5/5): I am very satisfied with this product would recommend to anyone who’s looking for similar products! Definitely looking forward to new features that would be introduced in the future.

Easy to use device
The Bello device has been a great way to measure how my body fat changes day to day. It was quick to set up and very simple to use. I have been using it for a couple weeks and the battery is still fully charged. I really like the feature for setting a reminder notification. On busy nights this helps me not forget to take my measurements! I also found some really good meal prep inspiration through the app. My only problem was that when I first tried to use it and it was charging, it wouldnât turn on! I was confused why it wouldnât turn on while plugged in, however after it was charged it worked perfectly. I plan to keep using it-overall a good purchase.

I used to use a âmirror testâ for my body fat. Estimated about 20-25% but I wanted to try out measuring my belly fat. I knew visceral fat was more associated with coronary artery disease and predicted diabetes and high cholesterol risk better than subcutaneous fat. The device is very sleek, could pass as an Apple product. It connected to my iPhone instantaneously and seamlessly via bluetooth. No fumbling around with pairing this and that. It took only 10 seconds to get a reading and I am over the average for my age group and gender! Oh no. Needlessly to say, I was extra motivated to eat in modest amount that day.Itâs easy to track progress and I am planning to use this on a weekly basis. Just seeing the numbers in front of me was motivating enough to keep my diet under control.

This device requires an app. The app is horrible! I couldnât get past step two. Due to ânetwork issuesâ as well as other issues. Read the app reviews before purchasing (I wish I did) this seems to be a common issue has nothing to do with your phone. They definitely need to focus on improving their app before selling a product for this cost (The app has been updated multiple times with no success) Thereâs absolutely no point in having this device if you cant use the app..

I attempted to return this and the company told me It did not qualify to be returned. Completely disappointing as It is a very expensive product foe what little it does.
