Solved: Will not charge anything from USB-C port
Solved: It was the cables I ordered along with the battery (different vendor). I tried a cable that I KNEW worked, and it works on the USB-C port on the battery to charge other devices.Original, retracting, but keeping for other’s knowledge:I ordered this battery because I wanted portable quick-charge of my USB-C devices. The battery only charges devices from the USB-A ports. The C port does not appear to work as a charging source. Perhaps I need a different USB-C-to-C cable??? I don’t know. I’ve tried pressing the “power” (status?) button, holding it, various combinations, and my phone, for example, never sees any power from the USB-C port.The battery recharges fine from a USB-A to -C source, so far….Since I can, and do use the battery, it is serving its purpose, but I wonder if the -C port would charge faster.I will not buy this item again unless Belkin (or anyone) responds with identification of what I doing wrong – then, if that works for me, I’ll revisit this review.

Use a slow charger
I almost returned this because I plugged it into my phone charger, to charge it, and it stayed at one light for hours (out of 4 which would light up when it’s fully charged.) I took the chance of trying a different charger. It seems to charge up just fine when you use an older style slow charger. It did not take a charge when using a Samsung fast charger.Also if you are considering buying this one, please closely read the specs. If you need higher electrical capacity, you might have to buy a different brand or model.

I have now bought one of these for everyone in my family. It has several full charges available to charge your devices. I like to keep the little cord with it vs using a longer one. It just fits better in my pocket or purse.

Really loved the color and slim profile of the power bank, but the USB-C port stopped working within a couple weeks, and I couldn’t charge the power bank anymore. Maybe I had a faulty unit but I decided to return it and buy a different brand.

Batterie portable classique, fonctionne bien mm après plusieurs cycle de charge. Pour la garder plus longtemps comme toutes batteries ( y compris portable ) laisser la charge entre 20 et 80%. Petit bémol le niveau de charge n’est pas très clair et un peu au rabais ….
