The plugs are very bulky and do not slim down at point of insertion into charging port. The lightning plug is too bulky to fit with my Apple iPhone 13 Pro Leather MagSafe case. It will not charge with the case on your phone. You may experience this with other cases.

i bought this because it was supposed to be the best. the instructions enclosed were very vague and after spending time researching how to charge the power packs i finally called belkin customer support. i found out there was another cable needed to charge the phone battery which was not included in the package. there is nothing on the package or enclosure that indicates that at all. it was a huge frustration. and misleading in terms of what i was getting for the price point. fair warning to anyone about to purchase
