Soft and comfortable
Perfect size. As soon as I placed the pillow (after it plumped up 48 hours later) and the soft shag cover on top of the pillow, my dog just melted into it. Created a cocoon effect. I did have the original dog bed underneath it,, but this is added comfort to put on top of that existing dog bed. 100% recommend.

I had a dog bed I loved because it was soft, thick, fluffy, and sturdy. When I reordered, it was completely differentâflat and not built well. So, I ordered this one. My Cavalier frequently scratches hard, a lot, before turning circles to make a bed. I wish this was a little heavier so the bottom would stay down when she scratches, but the fur on the bed doesnât come out, it holds up to her tousling, and she likes to sleep in it, donuts a good bed.

This is very soft and very thick and fluffy. It has a washable cover which is another BIG plus. I needed a nice soft thick, fluffy mat for my shih tzu with the winter months approaching because he spends lots of time in my kitchen next to me on the tile floor which can be cold to lay on. When I first opened the package, he was all excited and started digging and rolling all over it and took it over right away (he takes everything he likes over once it hits the floor). It is so cushy and soft…. he looks so comfortable while relaxing on it, eating his favorite treats or playing while on it and uses itall the time! I have two more of these in other parts of the house and he uses all of them as well!

I bought the largest for a 80 pound senior lab. You can fold it like a blanket! Cover is soft, but so thin, if your dog digs, it will tear ASAP. No way would it stand up to washing (cover)… the inside is literally like a small down throw blanket. Okay of you are going to put it as a topper on a firm bed, but zero support. My 4 pound Chi went on it, and it fell through ( filling) to the floor. It is no thicker than the furry throw rug I have on the floor.

Itâs adequate
I had an old dog bed with stinky nonwashable filling. I bought this as an economical way to restuff the older bed. Size matched. Separate new stuffing was almost the same price and this saved me the extra effort. It is a bit lumpy where the batting is sewn through, and not exactly well distributed, but Iâm sure the dog wonât care. The fake fur top is quite thin and I doubt it would hold up to heavy use. Not an issue for me because the whole bed is inside the old one. I didnât expect quality foam padding at this price point and it met that expectation. It serves my purpose.
