I WAS looking forward to receiving my order; however was quickly disappointedWhat I received was NOT what I ordered. Surely NOT what was shown in the photo when I placed my order1. There were 2 stand-alone, wooden combs in the picture- I received 1 âfoldableâ comb of poor quality that is difficult to use, due to the enormous size of the attached fold-in wooden case⢠The second comb is even worse: a very large, awkwardly-(Z) shaped, plastic comb/beard shaping tool combination with 2 very small combs built in, totally impracticable.2. The travel pouch has 2 rather large stains, with some type of oil-based product3. The scissors are NOT the barber-style scissors in the picture of what I ordered but rather very tiny âmustacheâ scissors with rounded tips. (I already have a pair and dislike them intensely)4. The beard brush is not animal hair (Boar) though the add did not state it was. But the brush is very small and many of the âbristlesâ are already frayed toward the outside, (probably during shipping) I will return this and get something of better quality, even if I have to pay more.UPDATE : When I click on return Product the shipper offered to make it right but I declined again the quality was very poor I was probably issued a refund and was told I do not need to send the product back I found out later the leak came from inside the box there was a bottle of beard oil it was still sealed but product was able to leak through the cap even though it had not been opened

I purchased this product with the hopes of achieving the most luxurious beard known to man. After using the product I realized it had expired over a year ago. Despite this I continued to use it because I was happy with the results. I have been using it for about 2 months now and I have discovered that the product causes extreme growth of the beard. After about a month in, I had no choice but to shave my beard daily with hedge trimmers. I bought this product for my husband who has had a tough time finding a beard oil he liked. He was very pleased with the packaging and that the oil itself had no scent. He likes that it moisturizes the skin and softens the hair on his face, making it easier to tame. The only thing he wasnt super excited about was the comb; he found the teeth to be a little too thick and had to resort to a regular comb. Otherwise, Very pleased!

This stuff is gold. Smells and feels amazing, and was everything I was looking for to get my facial hair in line.
