Great Unit!
I gave this to my 10 year-old son a year ago to use in his heated vest as well as for his cell phone. He ends up, sticking it in his pocket and charging his oculus while he plays as well. The build quality and charging speed has been good. It does take a charge from the wall a little slower than my high speed unit, but itâs still not bad.

I did like the product. However, after months the charging became slower and slower. Eventually to the now, it decided to not work anymore. I’ve tried it with multiple cords, I tried to charge it and it just flashes, and I also tried to clean it with air duster and it wouldn’t work. Probably wouldn’t buy this brand again.While everything I had wrote is consistent, their customer service blew me out of the water. After THEY reached out in contact with me, we had settled everything and sent me new portable charger the same week we spoke, and it even came in on a Sunday, which wasn’t expected until a few more days. Definitely made me change my perspective about the seller, and hoping my new charger will last even longer. Thank you

Heavy, but High Quality
This thing is a brick in any sense of the word, it has a heft to it that makes me feel fear everytime I think I might drop it or it falls over. I do not worry about the damage the Power Bank but rather the surrounding area.Besides me joking about the build quality of this Battery Bank, the electric component of it has come in handy multiple times and I’m not one to constantly need to charge my phone but I have been able to charge my phone 3 times from about half the battery to full without having to recharge the battery bank itself. Would highly recommend Baseus products for your battery bank needs!

I fell in love with Baseusâs design philosophy after buying this. (Waiting for some earbuds I ordered from them as I write this. ð)This power bank is both functional and pretty âitâs elegant! The orange accents help with visibility and use while the black keeps it looking slick. The material and build quality is top-notch; much better than I would have expected for the price. The led lights are unobtrusive and indicates the charge level âa common, but very helpful feature. (Personally, I love how they placed it.) Being 20,000 mAh I don’t have to recharge it often and itâs always ready if I need some juice without being anchored to a wall. It has both usb-c and usb-a outputs. (The usb-c or micro-usb can be used as inputs, I think. Iâve only used the usb-c.)I also took it while cruising several months back; absolutely ð! (Though, for reference, I could have done fine with a smaller capacity one for that scenario âthere were plenty of opportunities to recharge and the higher capacity means itâs on the bulkier end. But it was reliable throughout and it was assuring to have the extra capacity available, so I have no regrets. Plus, I adore not having to plug it in to charge every time I use it locally. One less chore.)

Upon reading my negative review, the seller immediately reached out and sent me a new battery. I would order again for this reason alone. The first battery is still working well over a year later.*************I charged this about 4 times. I bought 2 at the same time. One works as expected, the other one stopped charging after about 4 full charges.
