I always have a good experience with Garden of Life products. This MCT oil is no exception. I love having it in my morning coffee. I have been using the powdered form of MCT oil ( from a different brand) and decided to switch to the oil form because I hear it works even better for revving up your fat-burning abilities. I was worried that it would upset my tummy, but because I am used to MCT oil from the powdered form, this liquid form did not have any negative digestive consequences.
