Looks great, works great, kitty approved
Set it up as soon as it arrived. Super simple to put together and easy to setup the auto timer (just follow the instructions exactly which are very clear). And if you need to dispense a little more food, you can manually dispense a portion at a time.It ran at the set time this evening so I can confirm the timer and dispenser work. It’s super straightforward.Note: I didn’t find the product specs including the food bowl (total footprint dimensions) and I guesstimated by the pictures it would be just under 12 inches deep. I guessed right! The mat you see in the pics is 12×18, in case anyone is wondering.People say it’s hard to open the top, but because it’s so large, I just wrapped my right arm around it like a teddy bear and twisted the top off with my left hand very easily. Simple! And once it’s full it’s heavier so you can just twist it open with both hands.I’m trying to convert my feral outdoor kitty to an indoor kitty. As you can see, she started eating from it tonight, so it’s kitty approved.This thing looks great, is sturdy, is easy to setup, and does what it says it will do. Plus it was very affordable. What more can you ask for!

Easy to use. Holds three liters (or 12 cups). Set the feeder to whatever you want your feeding times to be. Food spits out in programmed amounts. Extra feed times can easily be added if needed. My kitties donât mind dispensing sound. They actually go running to it when the food comes outâ¦.realizing that they will in fact live yet another day.

This is a sturdy built feeder; I think it is a good value considering itâs low cost. (I.e. it could be better, but I didnât pay for better).It fits the entire 3 lb bag of cat food that I use I to the storage tank, so it has good capacity. It was easy to program and came with good instructions.It does give out more food than the dispensing chart indicates, but you can program/alter this to the appropriate amount easy enough. In other words, their chart said to set it at level 4 to dispense 1/4 cup food, but I found setting it at level 3 was better so that I did not overfeed my cat.Also, the lid on the top of the container was hard to get on and off. It is too big for me to grab it and twist it off with one hand (like you would open up a jar). So I had to use two hands to twist the top, but then I could not use my other hand to stabilize the whole unit so the unit would twist while I tried to get the lid off and that made it hard to twist the lid off. But⦠I would still buy this product as overall it works well.

Great product!
Iâve been toying around with getting an automatic feeder since we adopted our cat. I finally bit the bullet, and am so glad I did! I feel like it was very easy to set up, it dispenses meals at correct time, and was a great value for the price. It is pretty quiet, which is great too. It has a plastic bowl instead of metal like a lot of the automatic feeders do, which is one of the reasons I got it so I didnât have to hear food clanking down in the bowl everytime!

Easy and reliable
Super easy to set up and feeds reliably. This has saved my partner and I a lot of headache, as previously our cat would wake us up at 4am to get fed. Cats… Well now he just waits at his cat feeder and we get to sleep in peace. Bless.

Couldnât have been better
It worked great. The instructions were very clear with lots of pictures for clarification. It uses a USB for main power and four D-cell batteries for backup. I would suggest adding the batteries to your order

Works as intended, hard to clean, not compatible with most kibble
You have to use specific kibble with this or it wonât come out due to size. I used Friskies when I got it and I had to put them in a blender so theyâd work. Now I use Meow Mix and that works fine. Little to no noise. Easy to use when following instructions. Keeps the time for the most part when unplugged so you donât have to reprogram, but will not release food when unplugged. Wish that the basin holding the food could be removed for cleaning. Lid and bowl can be removed but Iâd prefer a more thorough cleaning for my pet. Probably would not buy again due to this.

Have had this for a couple of months now and it works flawlessly. It was easy to set up and has many feeding options: ie quantity and timing. The only down side is now the cat loves the feeder more than he loves me…..

Originally got this and the clock ran faster than real time so the feeding was always a bit off more and more daily. The seller eagerly wanted to fix the faulty product so I could get exactly what I purchased. They sent me a new one within a few days and the clock matches real time! This product is easy to set up and my cat loves it. (I also love being able to sleep past 6am now too!) the seller seems to really care if each buyer is happy with the product which is a bonus to me when purchasing anything!!

First off; I really want to stress how great the customer service is! Honestly an A+ in that department âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸.The device definitely does the trick, yes, there are fancier ones out there. When received it smelled like very strong plastic (like a Halloween costume store), so I washed the entire contraption before use. When you add the portions I find the portion chart a little conflicting, didn’t make much sense to me, so I just kept setting it a minute ahead to be sure it was working well and see the actual amount that was being served.The buttons are ok, simple to use, LOUD (lol) like setting something back in the 90s loud.Oh and when I received it, I opened the box and there was a bug inside…. I brought the package outside to finish opening it, looked like a spider maybe? Not sure cause we didn’t see it come out outside, sooooooo this, the odor and the “meh” quality brings it to 3 stars

Good product with small portions so it’s easier to control what the cat eats. Unfortunately for me if it was a bit too easy for the cat to push it around and make it fall.Note that the customer service was very good, and was very fast to contact me and try to provide with the best solution for my problem.

Quel beau produit facile à utiliser! Le format est élégant et étroit donc il ne prends pas trop de place. Il est très ‘user friendly’ ; facile à programmer! Ce que j’aime aussi et le fait que je peux programmer autant de repas et de quantité à chaque repas que je le désire. Très bien fait!le seul point qui pourrait être améliorer: c’est que la bassin du haut – celui qu’on rempli de croquettes – de ne détache pas pour le lavage.
