Received my purchase August 27. Was super excited to finally have a solution to feeding my cat while away from home, as well as monitor his feeding habits and what not. It’s Nov 6…not even 3 months and already it’s malfunctioning. Too late to return. It started few days ago, when switching to night mode, it seemed to have difficulty doing so because it kept clicking. I tried covering and shutting the camera for a few minutes then opening it and it seemed to work the first night. The next day, it just randomly disconnected. I only noticed because the light was flashing. So I did some trouble shooting and got to reset it. Then that night started clicking again but wouldnt stop clicking, so i couldnt even use the camera. Then disconnected the next day. Now, it’s just going offline on its own. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this. Not worth the trouble

I canât believe I didnât get this sooner, itâs been so amazing to have this to feed my cat when I am away and look at my cat eating when I am not at home. It works perfectly and I didnât have any issue with anything so far. Was very easy to assemble and no connection issue. Love it! Love looking at my cat when I am not there!

Bought this in August. It worked for 2 months and now it continuously dispenses food. It over feeding my cat and at this point itâs unusable. Iâve contacted the manufacturer since there is a one year warranty but itâs been 2 weeks and they have not contacted me back.
