Automated Cat Feeder for two Cats, 6L Dry Meals Twin Auto Cat Feeder with APP Management/WIFI Connection/Feeding Schedule/Double Bowls

So far a great pet feeder!
I previously had a single bowl pet libro automatic feeder for 4 years for 2 dachshunds. They of course had mad fights and were engulfing it to beat the other with the food. I also had a few issues with its functionality that was degrading over time (backup battery not working and the plug connection constantly becoming loose). I upgraded to the double bowl pet libro but returned bc I didn’t care for how it unevenly dispensed the 2 portions and didn’t care for the slower dispensing, all it did was make the dogs more territorial. I went with this brand and am so happy so far. I like how it quickly dispenses the portions and after 4-5 trials while setting it up, I am happy to report that the machine EVENLY dispenses the programmed amount into each bowl. I basically just measured what 1 portion dispenses and calculated from there. When programming, whatever portion you choose is the portion dispensed into EACH bowl. It was super easy to set up on the app, as I use the smart life app for other electronics in my home. I would also like to note that I like the divider and 6L base. The feeder I used for 4 years held 6L of food as well and replacements were difficult to find in this size (most come in only 3.5-5L). It came with 2 sizes of leg elevators as well, however do not have a current need for them. Happy customer and happy dachshunds.

This did not work for me at all
What a bummer. My cats did not like the large stainless steel bowls so I put their bowl in front of the dispenser and still no go, I used for 2 weeks, not even the sound of the food dropping enticed them. which BTW is kinda loud if you are using it before you get up and live in a small apartment. It took awhile to figure out that there’s no amount of food you can program in but just numbers 1,2,3 etc so it’s trial and error for awhile. If you are going away for a few days you have to leave your wifi on as that’s how this machine works. I wanted to get my cats on a feeding schedule but I still have to feed them small amounts many times a day.

Confusing to Use but Seller was Very Nice
This came with the wrong directions. They were for a one feeder, not two. I set it up as best as I could but it would not connect to WiFi no matter how many times I tried. The product itself seems of good quality though which is why I am sad it did not work right. I couldn’t figure out to set the time for food and such but when I messaged the seller they were incredibly understanding and apologetic and offered a refund. It might have just been a bad egg in the batch – who knows. I appreciate the seller being so nice though! Update: 6/6/24. The seller was very nice and refunded me. My friend purchased the same product and it works great for her.

Works fine if you have a good wire that works
The product works actually well. I’m just annoyed with the fact that it came with the wrong cable to plug it into the machine (as seen in pictures). I bought batteries but within a week it was already asking to replace them so I connected with amazon customer service and they were able to get me the correct wire, although from a different company. The wire worked and was able to turn it on but for whatever reason the machine would not connect to my phone while it was plugged into the outlet. When I used batteries again it connected just fine. Now I have to keep changing the batteries every 2 weeks and wasting money on new batteries because I can’t use the wire.
