PROS: Our very mischievous cats tried beating this thing up for a week trying to get food out of it and failed. They couldnât shake any food loose by shoving their paws up into the dispenser tube, and they tried but couldn’t knock it over either. It took my cats a week to figure out the routine with the dispenser and now they leave it alone and donât scream at us at the crack of dawn for breakfast! Horray!Extra bonus that the food container is located in between the bowls because mine donât like eating directly next to each other, like other dispensers are designed. I also like that the food container has a top that locks into place so thereâs no chance of mischievous kitties breaking in.CON: What other people said about the clock not being 100% accurate is true, but itâs an amazing dependable product and worth reprogramming it every few months bc the clock runs a little off, in my opinion. As other people mentioned, the chord is also very short (about 2ft). But we had an outlet located conveniently, so this wasnât an issue for us. Also be mindful that sometimes when you unplug it the programming will reset so double check your feed times are there afterwards.

Good quality for the price. Got this set up easily. Instructions are in English however the font is small. The buttons could be a bit difficult to manipulate for some because they are small but you could just use a pencil eraser. Iâm giving 4 stars because the cord to plug into an outlet is short. It should have another 6â to it. An extension cord will be required unless your kitty food is right by an outlet.

CANâT KEEP TIME CORRECTLY
I have programmed this for over a week every day. This machine cannot keep time. Itâs HOURS off daily. I donât understand it – this is not reliable way to ensure your pets are fed or even fed in a timely manner! There are times that it doesnât dispense ANY FOOD AT ALL even when the machine is clearly set for a specific time and number of pets to feed. Save your money and your time.The video is of me showing that I set the feeder 30 minutes ahead of the ACTUAL time – and itâs already 2 mins behind the actual time.

It works great and it is so convenient for me. I have set up multiple feeding time to ensure my cats will not be hungry. The size is perfect. Itâs easy to clean. It didnât take too long to install. You donât need to buy batteries as instructions mentioned. Just need to plug it in and it will does its job once you finish the set up. Perfect for cats/dogs!

Makes life easier
I’ve been using this about 3 months and it works well once you learn how to get it programmed. My biggest issue is that you can not see through the container and there is no warning signal that it is low/empty. How easy would it have been to make the body clear or opaque so you could see the level. It’s black plastic! My pet sitter recently expected it to “signal” when low. Luckily I returned home on the day it emptied completely. The company should correct this and offer to replace the food container with a better option. Their picture of this item appears to be a transparent container however it is black and barely see though. The only reason you can see the food in my picture is because of the flash otherwise it’s blacked out.

I had a problem with the feeder when I tried to set up the dispensing of portions. Surdu were quick to respond to my message and were very helpful giving me some extra instructions in a video. Communication was excellent. Unfortunately this didnât work and without hesitation Surdu were quick to send me a replacement feeder. Very pleased with their customer service.

It’s good and does the job, however, it has couple of annoying things:1- It’s very annoying to set the time, especially if you want to enter a big number of minutes (like 06:30), because you will have to press the button 1 time for each minute…you can’t just long press it, or go backswords from 0 to 59, so if you want to enter 55 minutes, you will have to press it 55 times.2- What makes the 1st point even worse is the fact that the clock is not precise, it gets off few minutes with time. Lets say you set the time today, in a week or so it will become a couple of minutes ahead of the actual time, so it would be like 12:03 when it’s 12:00, so you will need to correct it manually every now and then when the gap becomes a bit big.
