Doesn’t Work!!
The water fountain does not ‘fountain’ at all. I don’t think the pump is strong enough to pump the water up the spout. I am VERY disappointed because that is the reason I bought this. The lid also doesn’t fit all the way on like it’s supposed to because of the pump/water guide pipe and the USB power cord isn’t allowing it to sit fully. It’s fine without the cord. Very frustrating. (EDIT: I unplugged it and plugged it back in, and it now is putting water up, but it won’t go up the spout which is what I wanted, but at least it’s pumping water now.)The food dispenser is also disappointing because when I put the food in, it just spilled out of the dispense area. The other food dispenser I had bought at the same time did not to that. What’s the point of trying to have a dispenser that holds the food until it’s food time when it will spill food out at the slightest knock?? I am not happy. (EDIT: IT DOESN’T EVEN DISPENSE?!?! I had the time set for 1pm, and when it turned 1, it let out a loud beep (which scared my cats) but didn’t even drop food! What the heck is the point?!? STILL NOT HAPPY)

Not living up to my hopes
I had high hopes for this set and I am a little disappointed. First let me say that I love the color. This auto feeder an water fountain is very pleasing to the eye. It doesn’t seem to stick out like a sore thumb like most pet feeders do. On the other hand, it is not very user friendly.The fountain is not easy to assemble properly. I had a lot of trouble lining up the pump, tube and lid. Most other brand fountains have ridges in the bottom of the container to help align the pump, this one does not. As you can see in the photo mine still has a gap between the lid and the container, however, the water seems to flow ok. I also like that it came with 3 filters instead of 1 like most other brands.The auto feeder is a pain in the neck to program. For starters it is not very easy to see the symbols on the buttons and you have to enter setting quickly or it will reset and lock. Also please read the instructions as everything is not self explainable. Now that I finally have it working, it seems to be doing an ok job. My cat likes it and it actually dispensed portions that are suitable for a cat.

These came packed into one (very) small box. I thought one piece had been missed, or that a second box must be coming but the water fountain comes packed inside the feeder. The kit includes three fountain filters and a silica pack to keep the kibble fresh.Both are very easy to assemble. It took me about 20 minutes to unpack, assemble, and plug in. Programming the feeder times is a bit frustrating. It’s simple enough to do, but you have to do it inside of about 30 seconds or the setup cancels. Once you’ve button mashed through it, it’s fine and works as expected.I have four cats, one of whom is very skittish. She did NOT like the mystery sound of food dropping into the bowl and ran for the hills. The other three have figured out the time aspect and one now sits and waits for lunch a couple minutes before the drop.The kibble can sometimes jam coming out of the feeder slot if it isn’t aligned perfectly with the bowl, but my cat will reach his foot up and pull the kibble out so it hasn’t been a problem for me. The fountain and feeder are both easy to clean and refill. I use them both plugged in, though it’s possible to run the feeder off a battery pack.I’d buy these again, though I do wish the feeder was easier to program. Other than that, they do exactly what they say on the tin and they do it well.

Efficient and Reliable
Lately, we’ve been having to travel more often, meaning our three cats are left to fend for themselves. Now that we will be leaving for more consecutive days than we have before, knowing that the cats have multiple days of water and food is my main priority as my two sons who care for the cats while we are away dependable, but they are also young adults, and we all know how things can happen. This fountain/food dispenser has given me immediate certainty that I have them covered regardless of any unforeseen circumstance. The amount of food and water it holds is perfect for my two cats to be covered for about 5 days with no intervention. The portion control, adjustable timer, back up battery and clean filtered water features make this automatic cat feeder stand above others. The set up is straightforward and easy to follow with the instruction manual or prompts on the easy-to-read LCD screen. I like that both units can be placed with a little distance between them as this is what my cats prefer. The water tank is transparent, making it easy to tell is more water is required. The fountain is quiet and does not hum or chatter loudly when being used. I love that the food dispenser comes with bags that keep the cat food fresh and that the parts on the feeder are removable making it easy to clean. Clearly, all potential concerns a pet owner may have regarding the consistent care of their pets while out of town was thought of when this was being designed and the peace of mind that gives me, is worth every penny. We love this purchase; it is reliable and convenient. Truly the perfect solution for busy or traveling pet owners. Highly Recommend.

I really wanted to like this products however Iâm completely disappointed. The water fountain is not stainless steel which is not hygienic for cats or dogs and the pet food bowl. System is very complicated. It did not work even though we schedule a time so I do not recommend this product please donât buy this product.
