Great product!
Very easy to put together. Programming was easy. It did take us a couple of run throughs to get portion size correct. Our cat loves the fountain. He is drinking more than he ever has! Over all very happy with both items and it is a great value for the price!

Purchased product to use while on vacation originally. Pretty easy to set up. My furbaby has become accustomed to the set timed feeding and now drinks more water with the fountain. Refill feeder & water at least once weekly. Fountain is quiet unless/until water gets too low/below minimum line then youâll hear it. Overall satisfied with product and cost was worth it! Would recommend.

Wish I got it sooner
My cat used to meow all the time for me to feed him in the morning and night. Now he just waits for the feeder to drop portions. Set up was super easy. I love how they give you simple instructions to set up the meals/portions. The water fountain does splash a little so I decided to put a towel underneath it. The filter is pretty good and takes out any debris that falls into it while Iâm gone. Now I feel comfortable leaving my kitty alone for longer periods of time.

Feeder great. Watering system may need improved
The feeder works very well. While the watering system works it does have a slight downside that might be easily fixed.
There is a slime buildup for bacteria. This happens with any watering system. This is unhealthy for the cat. My understanding is that the slime grows more/faster in dark areas. I find more slime in between the black discs that hold the filter. Very possible this could be made better with these plastic pieces being made clear.
