Simple, attractive and effective
This feeder has the ability to feed four times a day, with different portion amounts. I like that my cat doesn’t come to me anymore to feed him at 5:30 am. He now knows that at 6 am, 10 am, 2 pm and 6pm he will get a little bit of food. It allows for battery backup in case power goes out. I didn’t get WIFI ability as I don’t need it. Very nice little unit.

Feeder is great, fountain not so much
As a set this product arrived very compact and was pretty easy to assemble. The feeder is really easy to set up and the timer and quantity is easily adjustable and by far the best part of this product. Unfortunately, the fountain is not very good. It worked wonderfully at the beginning – with a consistent light flow of water. However it has been less than 1 week of it running and the stream has shrunk to a pathetic flow and even sad dribbles. My kitten has no problem drinking from it, but the alure of “running water” doesn’t really seem to apply to this fountain any more.Overall – the feeder is wonderful but the fountain leaves much to be desired. If I could go back I probably would have saved money not buying this set and instead buying a feeder and fountain individusage!EDIT: I figured out the issue – there was a substantial clog in the motor preventing a good flow. I was able to remove the majority of it per the instructions provided, and it is now working again! Not quite 100% but enough for me to go back in and bump my review up 1 star (from 3 stars to 4 stars). I will just start deepcleaning this fountain every once a week rather than every other – and hopefully it will continue to work.

Feeding my kitty Cheeto automatically will hopefully make him happy, and let me off the hook if I have to be away at his regular feeding times. I like the automatic portions at certain set times so he won’t overeat. He was very cautious at first, and is having his very first meal in the photos. He had seen me put food in there, and went running to it when he heard the kibble fall into the bowl, and my recorded voice saying “Here, Kitty!” Hasn’t tried the fountain yet, but is eyeing it. As for assembling the two, the fountain was very easy. They left out some parts for both feeder and fountain in the teensy-weensy instruction book, but I eventually figured them out. One mistake I made was to throw out the “desiccant filter” when I first opened the box, but I just ordered a supply of those and also of the charcoal water filters.

Sure the manual is detailed and the assembly is tricky if itâs 3am and youâre dead tired and guessing how to put the parts together but let me tell you- if Iâm sleepy drunk at 3am and capable of assembly- so can you. The appearance is sleek. Blends perfectly in and isnât huge or load. The size is perfect. Couldnât be more compact and pretty. The quality of all the settings available, the LED screen, the automatic feeds, the portion control, the amount of feeding available, even the side little window that shows when your catâs food is running low. Listen I love this thing. Can you tell? Itâs outdone itself and its performance. Going on a few days now. Leaving now for a week on a trip. Go for it. Great price great product. Bonus- the fountain is adorable but not in an annoying way. The dog AND the cat use it. Boom! Encouragement!

Fountain is great, Feeder is tricky
I have mixed reviews about this one. The water fountain is amazing, my baby loves it! it runs nice, doesn’t need to be refilled super often and was super easy to set up. The feeder & fountain also don’t take up too much space which is lovely.The feeder on the other hand…I have thoughts. I wanted to love it because I could create some consistency in a feeding schedule but it is SO needlessly difficult to set up. I’ve had it for almost 3 weeks now and I still can’t figure it out. The instruction manual greatly lacks instructions & there are no tutorials about setting it up, just seems like there’s a lot of paid ads for it. I feed my cat 1/3 a cup twice a day (7am and 7pm) and it only works at night, sometimes. I tried to ask for help from the manufacturer but haven’t heard track. The seal of the is super wonderful and makes the food last super long as well as the size of the feeder. Just wish I could get it to work!

This thing has just the right amount of features. I love that I can schedule portion dispensing and provide a little message for my pet. I love that it has battery backup. I thought the water fountain was just a nice to have, but apparently Panda Cat loves it. So that’s great too.I accidentally purchased a different one first that said it “uses gravity to dispense food,” which I didn’t realize was code for “this is not a dispenser at all and could be replaced with 2 really big bowls.” This one was actually $20 cheaper than that ripoff!The only thing I would change is white cable. The item is dark grey and black, so black cable would have looked much better, but it’s a small issue.
