Good back Massager that just reaches around tail bone and no further.
Massage reaches from neck to just a few inches around the tail bone. due to the way you sit massage is a little on the rough side on tail bone even on soft setting. I alleviate this by raising my bottom a little when massage head is there. This is my first massage chair so it may be a common issue. It’s not too bad though. I use practically every day for 30 min. The main seat and back cushion is one piece that zips onto chair. The zipper head on one side of cushion is defective with weak metal that won’t properly zip the zipper on that side together. The cushion does lie quite well though without being properly zipped. The Bluetooth speakers are lacking in control. Even when chair is off continues being speakers for my phone until devices are unpaired. I find that inconvenient and just not using them. Overall, I am enjoying the chair. I chose this chair for having six massage modes. I enjoy each mode though the “Classics” mode is my favorite. This seems to be a decent chair for the $1000 price range. At this time, I have had the chair for a couple of weeks.

Great Grand Patio Set with Added Warranty
The Grand Patio Set is Lovely and very timeless. It came early was packaged with care. The entire set had all the parts to put the chairs together. Very pleased with the transaction as well as the quality of the product. I would suggest keeping the order log that has the warranty itemized. We did not receive any physical paperwork that was the warranty. Otherwise, we have truly been surprised with how beautiful the set is.The chairs will take a bit of time and will require some to sit on the chair to connect the seat to the base. We found that just pushing on it was not enough. It takes the actual body balance to connect the chairs. Hope this was helpful and that you are as pleased with your purchase as we are.

Haven’t had to use protection plan yet so don’t know about it. We are very pleased with the recliner and the leg extension. It fit the tall guy just perfect. Love the color.
