Crystal clear, good for eyestrain from looking at screens
Blue light blocking glasses I’ve bought in the past all had this amber tint, but these are perfectly clear. They’re so clear I wondered if they were really blocking anything, but they came with a little test light so you can see for yourself. They block quite a bit of blue light, ease eyestrain, and look great. They’re also lightweight and comfortable. With five pairs, I can keep them around the house and everyone in my family can use them. Great value.

Not only are these great for protection against harmful blue light from screens but they also work extremely well for safety glasses with sports. I use them on the pickleball courts, get tons of compliments (some people assume their prescription haha), and like the added color or fashion statement to my sports outfit. They’re really lightweight, comfortable on the ears and nose, nice and big framed so if you are playing a sport it more than covers the area around your eye in my opinion. And they last a long time! My last pair of this brand last more than 2 years!

Don’t really know if you would know by looking if blue light lenses do what they’re supposed to. I would love to find a true way of testing blue light lenses. These fit my grandkids really well and they look good on them. It seems like a good deal and I think I would buy them again. I guess only time will tell, but I would like to start my precious ones out at their young age at least (hopefully) protecting their eyes and building that habit ð
