Quality & Fit
I misplaced my older wrist weights. I wanted to incorporate them back in my fitness routine. Especially on the days you cant make it to the gym or may not have any dumbbells’ for at home workouts. Read the description by the seller are fair & accurate. The variety of colors is great perk as well as other weight options.

What the Doctor Ordered
My doctor and my physical therapist have both ordered walking and exercising with hand weights to regain strength after having surgery. These weights are great – easy on and off, adjustable, versatile, and comfortable. And I like the soft rosy pink – oly one of many colors – too.

Love them!
Got these for barre class and love them! They are perfect! They fit great and I feel like they can adjust to most sizes due to the amount of stretch the band has. They are comfortable through the whole class and easy on/off.My only concern will be the longevity of the Velcro. So far so good; but after many uses it may get worn out. Iâll update if that occurs.

Not my favorite
I ordered these to wear while walking on my treadmill and for various aspects of my strength training workouts to add smaller increments of weight for upper body movement along with dumbbells. This may be a personal preference, but I did not like how the small rubber pieces (the weights) can move and shift along the strap. I had some issues with the product pinching or pulling in places, making them comfortable. They did stay in place well, but I did not keep them on very long before deciding to return them due to what I stated above.

Durable and cute color
I originally got these to be ankle weights for simply walking around at home while I work. But I quickly realized they were not heavy enough for ankle weights as I got the 1 pounds, so I went back and got the 2 pounds and they work great! I love that they come in a variety of colors and are flexible so you can adjust the weight to evenly distribute on your wrists or ankles to get the full distribution.

Only one weight wraps appropriate the other one has the Velcro on wrong in the wrong spots. Wish I wouldâve realized that. I wouldâve returned them but I never used them until now
