Happy with it.
This product is working as expected. Glad to have lightning port charging for my current devices, and USBC charging for future devices.I had previously always kept a charger and cord with me to charge my phone or iPad if they lost power. But of course, would need to be near a wall outlet. This accomplishes the same purpose but I am no longer tethered to the wall.Charging this unit only takes a few hours, havenât timed precisely.Really like having the cords attached so that carrying additional cables are not necessary. They are strong and durable.Happy with power and value.

Super-fast charging, huge capacity — a complete life-saver.
I can’t say enough good things about this product. On a scale of 5, it’s a 6. On our European trip, I can’t tell you how many times we were able to rapidly recharge our iPhones within a matter of minutes and quickly get back to web-surfing and picture-taking. It seemed to recharge our phones even faster than an AC outlet. And the capacity was so massive that we never came close to depleting the battery itself, so it was a snap to recharge when we got back to the hotel. Having both a C and regular USB cord attached to the battery was a huge help. It fits fine in a regular-sized pocket, and while it may weigh slightly more than one of those slim models, the extra power and capacity more than make up for it. This gets my highest recommendation.

A literal lifesaver? Maybe.
I canât say for sure that this power bank saved my life, but it definitely enabled me to get out of a very tight spot. I bought this to take on a trip to Iceland, and Iâm very glad I did. I was out one night looking at the northern lights, and managed to lose my sense of direction. I was alone (stupid, but there were reasons) and was in an area that I hadnât explored in daylight (also stupid). It was pitch black and, even though I was dressed for it, I was getting cold. The ground was rough and hazardous. I had my phone to use as a flashlight, but batteries die fast when itâs cold, and mine was getting low. The only smart thing I did that night was to bring this power bank with me. It kept my phone/flashlight going long enough for me to find my way back to familiar ground. (In case anyone is wondering, I couldnât get a cell signal, so I couldnât call for help.). Would I have frozen to death without this? Probably not, but it saved me a very uncomfortable night and possibly an injury from falling over something. So five stars to this power bank! Itâs pretty heavy (at least the 20,000 one is), so I usually carry a smaller one for daily use at home, but when you need it, you need it! Works just like it should, provides a lot of power, and love the attached cables.

I have an older iPhone with an aging battery, and I wanted a new power bank to make sure my phone wouldn’t die mid-day during an international trip.
