Heavier than expected
Lots of power, sturdy construction but heavier than expected. Only 2 charge ports but what are the chances youâd need more than that at once! Works great and comes with a breathable carrying pouch

Reliable charger for trips and holds a charge forever!
This is a great battery charger to take on trips. I went to Sweden last year for almost a month and this charger was solid the whole time I was there. When traveling from place to place where an outlet wasn’t available, I always used this to fully charge or top off my phone (Galaxy S20). It worked well in my smart bag and the form factor fit perfectly in one of the pockets. It stays charged when it’s not in use, unlike a lot of other battery packs I’ve tried, which is a bonus! If you’re on the go and need to stay charged up, I highly recommend this battery pack! Lightweight (not much heavier than a modern smartphone!), compact and small enough to tuck away in a small bag.

Reliable recharge when you need it
Recently took on multi-day backpacking on part of the Maine AT. Although I was cutting oz. Off where I could, this was worth the weight and was glad I brought it. The extra power allowed me to take more photos, leave on navigation apps and make calls home to wish my kids good night. Also had battery at the end of the hike to coordinate pick up with the shuttle back to our car parked at the start.

Plenty of power to recharge an ipad or iphone. Enough power to substantially add battery life to a laptop.The power bank is small for what it does and I think the size is quite nice, but others may feel itâs a little too heavy. I do not think most people would be disappointed at the size considering this is 20,000mAh. It holds its charge when not being used for at least a week or two (I have not had it long enough to test it for longer periods yet.) It does not run hot.The only relative negative is that it takes about 4.5 hours to recharge from empty. This is not too long, but may require some planning depending on the situation. Other power banks are out that can recharge faster, but they are heavier, more expensive, and may require to be plugged into a high powered charger in order to obtain the faster charge.This power bank is inexpensive for what you get. One very nice thing is that this charges through C to C, C to lightening, and not just USB-A.I do think the shipping took a couple of extra days versus 1 day, but this was disclosed when I bought it.It did arrive on the day promised.I highly recommend this power bank for anyone that needs more than a daily phone charge. Great for traveling, long airplane flights.For a daily phone charge get the Anker with 10,000mAh and C to C charging (in and out).

Long recharge but long lifetime
Being on my phone all the time due to work this battery pack really help with traveling and I don;t have to frantically look for an outlet to recharge my phone. It last a long time before I have to recharge the battery pack again. It is lightweight so traveling with it is a breeze. My main concern is that the battery pack does get hot and I hope it not serious enough to damage my phone. Another thing is that it takes about 5hr to recharge which is fine if I charge it overnight. Otherwise everything work pretty decent except for the heat emitting from the pack.UPDATE: upgrading to an extra star for excellent customer support. This was originally 3 stars but upgrading to 4 stars. Customer rep reached out to give some options making things right for the battery pack not meeting expectation. Thank you for assisting me in this issue.

Just the right size and shape.
This is the perfect size for me. It is a tiny amount smaller than my Samsung S21 Ultra in an Otter box case. It fits in my everyday carry bag perfectly. I always have it on me. Light and slim enough that I don’t mind having it with me everyday. I listen to podcasts all day while I am working. I will charge my phone a few minutes here and there throughout my shift. It charges my phone so fast I never worry about my phone running out of battery. I can even let my phone get below 20% battery life. Plug my phone in during my 10 minute break and I’ll have probably >30%, more than likely 40%. I’ll charge the bank at least once a week. Usually I’ll top it off every couple of days. Have only once ran out of bank power because I didn’t charge it over a week. The 20,000 mAh seems ideal for size and weight constraints. Any bigger and I feel like it would be to much. The shape is perfect because I can fit it in my vest pocket and have my phone in another pocket if I need to charge while working. I’ve seen other banks that are blockier and would not be ideal for fitting in a pocket on your person.

Charge lasts forever and charges extremely quickly
I’ve had this power bank for about a year now and it works like it’s new. This power bank saved me (and others!) so many times because of how much charge it can hold. It’s also not bulky and charges very fast, as fast as an Apple wall charger even. I also dropped it countless times and honestly, I don’t even know how it still works, but it does, so I’m not complaining.
