I have long been a fan of Anker products, and I own many chargers, batteries and even their Eufy Robovac. Recently I acquired a new eBike, and since I am taking longer trips than I ever have before, I bought this portable charger because I needed a reliable power source for my phone and portable speaker while out and about. The charger has a sleek design – albeit a little heavy, a fast charging speed, and a long battery life. It can charge my phone, tablet, and laptop without any issues. The weight, while some may see as a negative, is more than made up for in the capacity this thing has. If you want capacity, you will have to sacrifice a little comfort and space. The device itself is almost all battery though, so the size is quite respectable given the output.With that said, after a few months of use, I noticed that one of the USB-C ports became loose and started to cause connection problems. Sometimes the charger would stop charging my device if I moved the wire slightly. I was very disappointed because I really liked this product, and I was just outside of the Amazon return period for it.I decided to contact Anker directly through email and explain the situation. They responded quickly and asked me to send them a video of the device showing the issue. I did that and they confirmed that it was a defective unit. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to send me a brand-new device within a couple of days. They also told me to keep the original device as a convenience to me.I am very impressed by their customer service and how they handled the situation. They were courteous, professional, and generous. The new device arrived quickly, and it works perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase, and I would recommend Anker products to anyone who needs a portable charger (or really anything in their product line!). They are a great company that stands behind their products and cares about their customers.

Itâs big – and heavy.
It can keep phones and tablets powered for days when on the road or in airports and airplanes. The only drawback is that it is big and heavy, but I knew that based on the reviews before I bought it. This can be a plus as well as itâs the first battery bank that my kids and co-workers donât try and run off with.The first one I got died after about 2 weeks of use. It wouldnât charge. Anker send me a replacement quickly and it has worked flawlessly for the past year.

I’m not taking this hiking in the backwoods! Not 30w, only 20000mah?
Not a 30w charger. I have multiple 30w and up chargers and power banks that automatically trigger super fast charging on my Samsung phone. This one doesn’t. I ordered a replacement thinking maybe I got a bad one but the replacement is the same. I also have a usb tester that consistently reads about 27w when charging my Samsung phone with chargers and power banks I already have. This power bank puts out about 15w. This is going back. The back of this power bank also says “Battery capacity: 20000mah”. Half of what it’s supposed to be. This product is a huge red flag. For $60, without a doubt get something else.

I love this product, it got my phone and laptop charged at the same time while on the road. The only thing to keep in mind about this product is that it’s heavy, it’s like a brick. It takes a while to charge up for it to be used. I have other anker products, and will be buying more anker products.

The battery has been fine for our trips. At first charge I wasnât sure if it was working. It took a while to register that it was plugged into the charger but after the first full charge it has been just fine. Bought the large one for the laptop and so that we donât have to have as many floating around in the bags.As an FYI this battery is too large to travel by air in the EU. They confiscated it in Frankfurt. Fortunately, a Delta gate agent was able to retrieve it for us for our flight back to the states. Havenât had issues with it in the states. Guess we will have to travel with smaller batteries on our next trip

I’ve bought two of these and take them with me on travel. They charge my iPhone better than a wall plug, and I can monitor discharge as well as charging rate. I’ve marked the USB-C plug-in port with a white magic marker…..that’s the recharging port, but can be used as a charging port for another device. I like it so well I bought a second one. And if you use a fast charging device when it’s time to recharge this Power Bank, it’ll go more quickly.
