Not gonna lie this thing is great for travel, it basically never leaves the carry bag I use.Unfortunately it has made me a congregating point whenever me and my friends go out, 4 different cables going out of my bag like i’m doctor octopus or something (none of them are mine either :(. )The fast charging works a treat and I’ve used it with: Steam Deck, Switch, phone, ear buds, PGO++, plasma lighter, and a flashlight and ran into NO issues charging any of them.Works pretty well with anything with a USB-C or USB 3.0 plug, and does in fact support multiple connections at once.Good pack from a good brand, the charger it comes with also is a superfast one so make use of that too!

Charges 14 inch MBP / Does not charge Thinkpad T14S
The portable charger itself really charges fully in 2.5 hours which is great.14″ MBP 2021: Charges just fine with the stock cable that came with the portable charger. My MBP battery went from 45% to 92% in 1 hour and only used up about 3 small lights on the portable charger. I consider this very acceptable.Thinkpad T14S: Will not charge. I was hoping it would charge this laptop issued my employer in case of emergency. I did search the reviews before I purchased and did not see this specific model anywhere so I knew I was taking a risk. Unfortunately it does not charge this model. I switched to USB cables that I have laying around with more powerful wattage (lightening and 100W) in case the cable that came with the portable device was not powerful enough. Both did not help either.I’m still giving this 5 stars because it’s still a high quality device. It holds charge for weeks (maybe longer if I tested it long enough) and I get a fast charge on my cell phone and MBP which is important. It’s large and has some weight but I’m a grown man with a spine and this does not bother me.

Update! Saved by Anker CS!Soon after I made this review, I contacted Anker about the problem. They had me run several tests and when that didnât work, they sent me a new battery free of charge. I offered to send it in to be examined, but they said they had enough batteries to review. I really appreciate the level of trust they placed in me. The battery really works well, but the only issue is that it lacks pass-through charging. This is a deal-breaker for me on getting a second unit, but if you donât mind that, go for this!OG review:I had high hopes for this as I’ve many Anker products. Well, I got this Like New from Anker Direct via Amazon, and since it’s arrived, it really hasn’t been charging most of the time. In fact, I just put it on the charge with the included adaptor to make sure it’s fully charged, and now it’s not even charging the laptop I’m typing on rn. I’m really disappointed that I waited several weeks for this, and it doesn’t work. I’m including an image with three devices attached to it with three different Anker Powerline cords. Not a one is receiving a charge though the battery is on.Aside from its lack of charging, it seems to lack a key feature that’s included in most other portable batteries: the ability to check the charge level by pressing the button. Unless I plug it into something, the lights won’t come on. I really want to give this another chance, but I need it to work to do so.

This is my experience of the Anker 747 Power Bank.The good.While it worked, it had a large capacity that was allowed on airplanes.The bad.Bought the Anker 747 Power Bank in November 2022. It was a bit heavy. It stopped charging after 18 months. I reached out to Anker Support and found out my warranty expired a few days ago. They were unable to assist me as the warranty ended. A 20% coupon was offered to buy a new one. It didn’t make sense to buy another product that failed on me, so I declined.The Anker 747 Power Bank stopped charging. When I attempt to charge it, it gets hot while the charge indicators cycle. I attempted the troubleshooting steps from Anker support below, but unfortunately, the steps did not fix it.1. Use another device and cable to check if the problem is with the current device or cable.2. Reset the power bank by plugging both ends of the cable into the input and output port of the battery simultaneously for 3-5 seconds.3. Recharge and discharge the battery to ensure it is functioning properly.4. If the problem occurs during charging the power bank itself, try using another wall charger and cable.Per Anker: “In this case, it seems that there may be a more serious issue with the power bank. It’s important to prioritize safety, so I recommend discontinuing the use of the power bank to prevent any potential hazards.”I could be an outlier. but it felt like planned obsolescence. I had similar experience to the review by Gin J from November 2022.
