Really bright and no timer, but okay
VERY bright string of lights. I have several around the house that I bought from different vendors. These, however are unusually BRIGHT. My others that Iâve bought through the years have been more subdued and softer looking. I put these around my master bedroom headboard and they make the entire room light up, which is good if thatâs what youâre looking for. I use them so I donât need (lights on) in my bedroom while Iâm watching movies or listening to music or whatever. (Neighbors can look right in your home wherever your lights are on) so I love these little guys. This picture was taken in pitch darkness after three weeks of having them up for an hour to two hours. It doesnât show well in the picture because the flash was on but theyâre really okay. They work well and Iâve had them for about 3 weeks. I can see that theyâre getting a little dimmer so Iâm estimating that Iâll have to change batteries every couple of months, and even faster if you forget to turn them off. Batteries most likely donât last unless you buy a timer. If youâre looking for âmoodâ or soft, lights, these wonât fit that description. No timer either, which is a bummer. These take 3 double A batteries, unlike others, that only need 2AA or 2 AAA. I had to take one star off for the gluttonous use of batteries. Update: I left them on after I fell asleep for a few nights and theyâre still going but very dim now. Great lights but it would be nice if they had a timer. I can buy one, no big deal.

Not really “warm white”
This is a good, sturdy, string of lights, but when compared to all of my other warm white lights these are much “whiter” and glaring. I bought these to put on my mantle and to complement a pre-lit wreath that hangs above, but the color is way off. I’ll keep and move to another location, but the description of “warm white” is not quite right.
