Works perfectly. This added layer of protection is worth it. The watch is a bit bulky for my daughterâs thin arm, but is comfortable. She has not taken it off. The alerts of location are my favorite.

It works great for my dad who has Alzheimerâs. Itâs helped me and other family members keep up to date on his location for safety. He likes it because he feels like itâs a watch. The monthly fee is high, but the service is great.

Zero stars never worked
I got it in the mail and ended up spending 3 weeks with customer service just trying to get it to work. It never ended up working. I had to install a new SIM card and I drove hundreds of miles(for work) to try and get it to work and it never gained signal. I tried several time for customer service to send me a new one since the one I got was not working and they continued to tell me. âReset it and drive around for 5 milesâ it never worked! I again tried to do everything they said and still didnât work. My free trial was about to end and I havenât even had a trial of how it worked. The woman I spoke with said let me ask management if we can extend your trial since your having difficulty. Management said âyou will be charged for next month and if it still doesnât work than we will refund your moneyâ I said ok whatever I need a new gps tracker since this one doesnât work. They continuously said no you canât have a new one just keep resetting and drive 5 miles around. Ok so finally I gained signal and than lost signal and they say ok reset it again and drive around again 5 miles. Iâm am so frustrated that they donât listen to the customer I spent all my time and my unpaid lunch breaks to try and fix it and I donât even work for angel sense and I did more that them. They just made me drive around in circles. I finally sent it back. I have Life360 and it works well and itâs real time tracking and I never have an issue so I will never go back to angel sense again. I have no idea how it works because the company wouldnât give me a working device. Oh yeah and the app sucks and freezes a lot and they kept telling me âlog out completely and log back inâ âerase the app, than reinstall and log back inâ like why is this whole thing not working. So frustrating.

Peace of mind in a small device
We have a disabled child and a few years ago we decided to buy a device to track his movements and a friend suggested AngelSense. What a great idea this was. This is a great GPS Cellular device that you can track and also one way/two way call. It can be helpful even for elderly people who have started to forget. The only downside to this is that you have to charge it every night. Expensive service but itâs very much worth it.Update from Oct 2024. The battery died after all these years and device was acting up. Bought a new one from Amazon and called AngelSense to activate it. Itâs still worth the price for the service. Piece of mind if you have a special needs child.

My son is four years old, autistic, and elopes. Bought this so when he’s at school or out with his grandparents, I can keep tabs of where he is incase he runs.Pros:-gps is accurate and updates quick.-has 1 and 2 way calling, so I can listen in if he pushes the sos button.-notifies me when he doesn’t leave home on time for school or leaves early.-has different options for how to wear the device (belt, undershirt, bra, watch, etc)-app has option to make the device make an alarm sound incase he gets lost in a crowd.-app is able to send device location to first responders.-charges quicklyCons-device is bulky. It’s obvious that my son is wearing it because he’s so small and the device looks like a giant lump on his back.-accessories like the belt and undershirt cost quite a bit of money.-subscription is a little over $50 a month. And it’s a contract.-does not use a universal charger/charger is unique to device.Overall, great product, but is pricey. A lot of families who could benefit from the product might not be able to afford it.

This is not just a tracker it is a life saving intelligent system. Do not compare AirTags to this it doesnât even come close. This doesnât just track it monitors. You can call the device and listen in to know your child is safe. You can replay your childâs steps down to the seconds! You get alerts to know when your child has entered or exited a place youâve assigned. There is no comparison to an AirTag. Also you can call the device and talk back and forth with a $40 monthly plan that gives you 60 minutes to check in. GameChanger ! I have been using AirTags and find my iPhone tracking as well as google tracking for years and this is the most accurate real time precise location.My experience with AirTags is the following: they are not accurate or real live time. I use AirTags for my teenager but for my autistic son transitioning from homeschool to public school I need something that will help me be there with my son without being there. This is it. There is no other product like Angelsense I thank God I found it

Price Gouging?
Not that I’m putting a price on my child’s safety. But I think this company is charging too much for what they’re offering. The fees are like a monthly cell phone bill. I think $25 a mth for this type of service is way more reasonable! It almost seems like they’re preying on people who need it to protect someone vulnerable in their life. I’ll use it for now as my son is on the spectrum and wanders. But I’ll continuously keep my eyes peeled for a company with something similar at a more appropriate rate.

I have a special needs teenager and I just recently set this app even though I bought it a while ago due to the school bus company getting lost with my child and bullying So far this product is absolutely amazing and I may even buy more for my other children that aren’t disabled so I can just track where they are just in case you never know however customer service is not helpful and annoying they don’t stay on topic and harassmenting everyday with a phone call and email update they won’t let me cancel after the free month they say it’s attached to this contract when you buy this device…..do NOT buy

You canât even cancel the subscription at your own will as customer service claims they need it in writing and when done so they donât respond, I wouldnât recommend this product to anyone.
