I’ve tried a lot of these and I do like them. I think they’re very good for hydrating and they taste good and they’re healthier than any drinks in the store. I typically mix one of these with one that has a little caffeine. And this one has a very good flavor and a very reasonable price! I typically don’t drink a whole one at one time I keep it in my refrigerator and drink it throughout the day. Also I keep a few of these stashed in a get home bag, and a bailout bag, in case there’s an emergency and I have to evacuate or there’s a natural disaster etc. These are good to keep around!
