More Useful than Expected
I purchased this Echo Show to interface with a Blink Camera. I had never used an Alexa enabled device and have found it is much more useful and fun than I expected. This Echo Show sounds great when playing music and can provide a lot of information. Setup was a little more complicated than expected and had to spend about 30 minutes before I got the hang of it. Only down side of this Echo Show is that it does not have battery backup. Always has to be plugged in to work. Would buy again.

I am so happy to report that my echo show five is now working after I receive a called from customer service and they told me to press the mute button as well as the minus volume down button for 30 seconds after doing that show five restarted and I was able to reprogram it again and it is currently working so I am very very happy for the reach out by customer service, and the follow up to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you Amazon for your attention to detail and quick response regarding what I needed to do.

I bought this item in July 2023 and as of October 2024 the product has stopped working. It is stuck on the Amazon screen and I have done everything possible to reboot. The echo show five and still to no avail so I am stuck with a very expensive nonworking item.

Amazing, user friendly device!
We have an echo in the bedroom with its touch screen/cool capabilities but this is even better for our living room and to use as a command center for the house. I appreciate having the larger screen but not pad size that I may have trouble finding a good spot for.
As with any smart amazon device I have ever purchased, it was packed nicely, easy to set up and get going with, especially being able to sign into the device with your amazon account with your approval before the item is even turned on.
Honestly what I like about this device is that afyer scrolling through the options and available apps to use, it made me realize how much I was underutilizing our other alexa devices as they all have similar great capabilities.
My highlights are the calming music for dogs, the overall interface with scrolling news, weather and amazon notifications as well as it’s beautiful sound quality. Overall an extremely awesome device that I am loving!

I recently picked up the Amazon Echo Show 5 (3rd Gen) in Glacier White, and I’m really impressed with its performance. The sound quality is significantly better than the previous model, with rich bass that enhances music and video playback. My only complaint is that the screen could be a bit brighter for better visibility in well-lit rooms. Overall, it’s a fantastic smart display that fits seamlessly into my kitchen and daily routine!

This is perfect for our living room, itâs so easy for us to watch from our phone as well we can also add I it ring to this so when weâre in the kitchen we also get notified on there. I enjoy having it so much and all of the great apps itâs has. The quality is great it shows perfectly I donât think I have much complains. I do wish the screen was bigger but other than that I do love having this!

I have had many different Alexa devices and this one is my current favorite. It is super easy to use and even easier to set up using the Alexa app. I love how you were able to connect different devices such as your doorbell camera or outdoor cameras to this device. The speakers play music really well and the display is not too sensitive and looks great. There are also so many different games that you are able to play on the Alexa, which can be a lot of fun.
