I can’t believe I never had one of these before. After a long break, I returned to running about two years ago. I run regardless of weather and temperature. Going into my second winter, I started my practice of multiple layers. Problem is you overheat over the course of your run and despite all the clothes you are sucking in freezing air. This solves both problems. It helps keep your core warmer so you can wear less layers and you are pulling in warmer air. So much better!
