I looked back last 3 months to see what I’ve done/eaten differently – it points to my usage of Activated You Skin supplment (this product). The 2 amino acids (L-lysine and L-proline) promote increase of estrogen! Right now my doctor is monitoring me with oral intake of DIM supplement to bring down my extremely high estrodiol.
