Great seasonal purchase to stay in-style
Animal patterns are very in this fall and Iâm a fan of subtle fashionable touches. This case in Tortoise Cheetah Leopard Print (now thatâs a mouthful) bought my eye due to the whole phone being covered, including the square cameras window. Very uniform. What I wasnât sure about initially is half of the cover through the perimeter of the side of the phone is black. Since my phone is silver, it made me think the bright silver will show through from the top. Well the generous lip encased the phone perfectly and melts together with black screen of the phone. Iâm not sure how well this case would protect a phone in a fall but it seems somewhat sturdy and mid thickness. To the touch it feels like my daughterâs jelly sandals, is the best I can explain. It looks very polished because of its higher gloss finish but at the same time the finish makes all the fingerprints pop up happily the moment they have been cleaned off. It is very easy to clean. Fits well. Looks polished and updated. Itâs a win in my book!

Pleased with this case for XR
The case is pretty and fits an XR well. I was worried it would look tacky or juvenile, and it does not. I was also worried it would feel sticky like a cheap silicone texture, but itâs a nice slick hard plastic. Iâve dropped the phone in this case a few times from a short height without a problem, but I have not had to really put this case to the test in terms of protection (and I hope I donât ever have to). The front lip comes up off the screen surface, which at least seems like it would add some protection in a face down fall. An added screen protector fits with an uncovered margin around the edges. The case does collect and show smudges quite a bit (just like the front of the phone does) but I expected that. If you are looking for smudge free, this isnât it.
