Not anywhere close to 9.2 ft
The title of the product says “9.2 FT” but this stand is actually not close to this height. When fully extended, it measures 8.5 ft, a difference of about 8-9 inches which is nearly a whole foot. I measured two other sets of light stands (different manufacturers/sellers) I have: one is advertised as 13 ft and measures exactly 13 ft, and the other is advertised as 10ft and measures 10.5 ft, so this particular product is uniquely falsely advertised.The quality is ok. It feels pretty solid when extended. However, when fully extended it gets kind of stuck and is hard to retract unless I smack it a few times.
