Great for two cats!
I had a timer feeder with one bowl. It was loud and caused issues between my cats. I finally upgraded to this and I love it. I’m really happy that it doesn’t beep when dispensing food. The only noise it makes is the food hitting the bowls. It’s pretty quiet. There’s enough storage for the food to last about a month or two. I love the app! I’m allowed to make set times for dispensing food and portion sizes. I can also see a log of when food was dispensed while I’m not home. This feeder has made my life so much easier and has allowed both cats to eat at the same time.It is wifi dependent so if wifi is out, food won’t automatically dispense. It also works best when placed close to the wifi router.

Easy setup and pairing and the cats approve
Summary: Feels cheap but works and set up very easily. Wifi pairing and app were problem free on Iphone. Cats can easily dominate both bowls so not a perfect solutionI have 2 cats and one of them inhales food and he will actively try to block my other cat from getting at the bowl. My current solution to this is to dispense food into a puzzle feeder with multiple access points so no one spot can be blocked/dominated.As I suspected, once I dispensed food, he just sat in the middle eating out of a bowl and when the other cat came over, he would switch to that bowl to try and prevent the other cat from eating. It definitely does a better job at feeding 2 cats than a single bowl, but I would have liked to see a divider between the bowls to prevent this behavior. My temporary solution is to face the feeder into the edge of my book case and use that as a physical barrier between bowls.I can’t comment on the scheduling ease because I only want to dispense food manually with the app. That works flawlessly. Press a button, food is dispensed. The app tells you how many feedings it’s performed as well.The unit runs off a USB wall pack and has integrated cable management so it doesn’t accidentally unplug. There is the option to use 4 AA batteries as a backup. It’s not meant to run only on battery power though because the wifi will quickly drain it. It seems the battery backup is intended for timed feedings in case power is lost.The lid does not lock in place like my other feeder and so their solution is to use a big piece of velcro to secure it in place. It’s not elegant but it definitely works.Overall the construction feels on the light and cheap side but the unit doesn’t cost very much for what it’s doing and it’s actually cheaper than my non wifi feeder. Because of the cost, it makes sense they used lighter plastics. It is well built where it counts, which is the bowls themselves. They are stainless steel and easy to remove for cleaning. Thank you for that. My other feeders have all had plastic, non removable, and cleaning them has always been a chore.They also have a little compartment in the lid to hold silica desiccant to keep the food from getting stale, that is a nice touch.

We’ve used in a weekend trip to feed our two cats, and it worker well.I’ve found when’s we were back that the food got stuck on the directional part, this could caused because of the #of portions that I’ve programmed (it could be too many)
