no wifi
This wifi is good because it only connects to its monitor and has no access to the internet so it cant be hacked. It has good quallity picture and audio. it has two way communitcation built in as well as built in lullaby music . the camera can be controlled using the monitor. it can pan tilt and zoom. The screen and camera, both are a good size to travel with. i wished it included a travel bag. everything else about it is great

Good baby monitor
We have used this baby monitor for traveling and it has bee great. The camera quality is great, has good range, sound and battery life. I’m giving it four stars because I feel it could be a bit more user friendly. It took me a bit to be able to get accustomed to the functions and learn how to move the camera in different directions.

Reliable and Easy to Use Baby Monitor.
I really like that the camera and monitor work via radio frequency, without the need for WiFi or an app. This makes it very simple to use with minimal setup, though you donât get remote monitoring. It operates on the 2.4 GHz frequency with FHSS (Frequency-Hopping Spread Spectrum), which is supposed to prevent interference. So far, I haven’t had any issues using it to monitor my kids at home so it works. The two-way mic is also very loud and clear.Itâs very easy to control the camera tilt and pan via the monitor, and the camera has a good range of motion. It came with mounting hardware if you want to permanently attach it to a surface, but placing it on my cupboard worked well for my needs. Thereâs also a tripod screw hole on the bottom if you prefer to mount it on a tripod.As for the monitor, Iâve seen some with better video quality, but for monitoring your baby or kids, the 720p resolution on the 5-inch screen is more than sufficient. The night vision is decent, though I mainly use it during the day, so that feature isn’t a big deal for me. I also appreciate the extra features like temperature monitoring, feeding reminders, and lullabies. The monitor also comes with a built-in battery and can be used wirelessly.Overall, the baby monitor from OKAIDI is an excellent product that provides reliable safety monitoring and ease of use. The strong two-way mic and the fact that it operates without WiFi are major advantages. What I appreciate most is the convenience of using the monitor wirelessly.

Does not stay connected a short distance away
Monitor seems to work greatâ¦. Until you leave the room with it.Video quality great, sound quality great, when it detects sound it lights back up, but the distance you can have the monitor must be a lot shorter than it says. The second we take the monitor out of the room the picture freezes and starts saying it isnât on/within range. I wont be able to continue to use it and trust that it would work for what we need.

Good Quality!
This monitor is great quality. Great picture on the 5″ display & clear sound. You can move the camera around from the parent unit. Also has night vision as well as 2-way talk. I use this while I’m working upstairs to check on my dog who stays downstairs. It’s nice to be able to talk to him while I’m on mute in a meeting without having to go off camera to run downstairs.

I Like This Baby Monitor, But It Has Frustrating Technical Issues
This baby monitor is very helpful. It helps me watch my son when Iâm washing his clothes and cleaning my home. Iâm able to see him and watch him very clearly because the screen image of him is very clear. But I donât like the fact that I canât charge it and use it at the same time. Itâs very frustrating and annoying, considering many smart devices allow me to do just that. It doesnât make sense.
