This is my 4th or 5th purchase. I am super happy with the product quality, its tasty and very healthy. My mom is very picky about certain types of ghee and she literally loves it because it taste amazing!! 😀 My only complaint would be the packaging. Sometimes I receive it with the liquid leaking from inside the box. I guess amazon handling the packaging part could be improved. The rest is fine 🙂

Very good flavor
This ghee is very good. It has a good nutty smell and flavor. It is creamy and delicious to spread on anything. I bought one at the store that tasted just like old lard and no flavor. This one has a very good color and a good flavor. I am picky so that says it all. I will be putting this in my coffee and foods. I havenât cooked with it, but Iâm pretty sure it will be great. The shelf life after opening is about three months at room temperature. You could keep in the refrigerator if desired. It will harden a little bit though.

White fat or slime in the jar
I find it a little too greasy. I ordered several jars. They all have a white film/slime at the top of the jar. Flavor i good however it seems to burn quickly when frying. Overpriced.

Good Ghee!
I have tried all kinds and brands of ghee direct from grocery stores and though a few came close to this Ghee, this one tastes the best, has the best consistency–not too runny, not lumpy–it is smooth, congealed, cohesive, and it spreads easily, but also tastes the best when spread on something or when mixed into something –even when used in cooking. I have a subscription to get a new one every month because no stores in my new area sell this. I was able to buy it locally in Florida, but this comes to me and it is reasonably priced.

LOVE IT!
The main reason I bought this was I have two cast iron pans and I like to season them after I use and wash them. Previously learning about ghee and its benefits, I had used vegetable oil which isnât the best for you health wise.When I had learned about ghee and used it, Iâll never go back! It does the job but is also healthy!If you have never used it, it smells sort of like the butter you use for making popcorn. Personally I love the smell compared to any oils or butters! Itâs very thick when you feel it and seems to be a brighter yellow than butter.The other benefit of it and other time I use it when I cook is for high heat so when I cook steaks or other sorts of meat. I feel it gives my meat a better taste than if I were to use butter or oils.Overall, I LOVE ghee. Not only is it healthy for you, it has an attractive smell to it, and is great for your cast iron pots/pans and for cooking in high heats or just in general!Plus it lasts for a long time so the price to me is justifiable!
