EXACTLY like described and shown
Giving this as a gift and had to test it out first beforehand. Came in one piece, no cracks, shatters, or broken/detective equipment. It does come with a protective cover on the backside of the image, and it says to tear it off. Not sure if some of the others who bought it had the words or seen it BUT I will say it does time a bit of time finding a corner to peel it off. It lights up and it even gives you the option if you don’t want to use the USB to put batteries in it. Can’t wait to see his reaction with this gift.

Solid back does come off
I love it itâs so cool. Two things tho first so that the other reviews arenât misleading, the cardboard backing does come off, itâs just a sticker, itâs just very hard to peel off. I found that putting it in the base and then pulling it out tore the back enough for me to get a grip and peel it off. Once you do that it looks just like the picture. You could also try cutting it with a knife to get a bit peeled up but be careful if you do so and maybe do it at the bottom so if you scratch it it wonât show up top. (Also my camera didnât capture the light very well but in person it looks just like the images they provided.) Second, the button does turn it off you just have to hold your finger on it for a while and it turns off, maybe about three seconds. Overall very cool just wanted to provide some better info about it for those confused.
