This is the first time Iâve ever seen bags of frozen mushrooms. I am sure that there are many brands that sell them but Iâve never seen it before. I love to cook with onions and mushrooms in just about anything that I can put them in. Onions, garlic & mushrooms are my three favorite Ingredients when cooking. But no matter how fast I use them, my mushrooms always seem to either dry out or mold before I can use them all. While searching for mushrooms in an order to be delivered, these came into my feed and I was thrilled! I bought 10 bags and no longer have to worry about them spoiling. I know that itâs not the same thing as fresh mushrooms, and for special meals I probably will still get fresh mushrooms but these I can keep in my freezer and use any time I need them. Theyâre great for making mushroom gravy, for sauces, or adding to a skillet meal. These are going to be in my freezer all the time going forward! Oh, and theyâre not just stems and little teeny bits there are a lot of really thick and good healthy slices of mushrooms included.
