Soft? Yes. Plush? No.
This cat bed is indeed soft. In fact, itâs very soft, very, very soft so full marks there. Itâs a useful size and would be suitable for most cats, I think. I canât tell how good its self-warming feature is as the cat has yet to be interested in it. I donât fault the product on that because the cat is beingâ¦well, a cat. And will try it out when she is darn well ready and not a moment before. But it cannot be described as plush. Itâs thinner than a duvet or comforter, more like shag carpeting. This isnât a huge problem for me. I think the cat would enjoy sleeping on shag carpeting. But unlike said carpeting this bed can be thrown into the washer and dryer. So I deducted two stars for its nonexistent plushness, but then added one back for the ease of keeping it clean.

He loves it.. This Papettly self warming cat bed is really nice even though I wish it had a removable outer cover. The material on both sides of the bed are soft and comfy, plus the bed is a good size for the little guy. It’s convenient since you can pop the bed straight into the washing machine. Both sides of the bed are self warming which is good because the cat prefers the Arctic Fleece which feels super soft and silky.The bed was put onto the cat’s bench in the garage. There he can watch the street while sitting above the shrubs planted in front of the window. First up was the Rose Velvet side and he promptly slid off it. I turned the bed over to where the arctic fleece side was up and placed him back on it. He stretched and rolled around on it, finally turning to look out the window. He spent the day up there, and every morning since that’s usually where I find him.I think the cat bed is reasonably priced and a good size for him at 24 by 18 inches. It’s machine washable and can be used in a cage, to protect the sofa or car seat, or on the floor. It is soft and warm plus the cat enjoys laying on it. Cozy comfort, the Papettly self warming cat bed will keep your furry friend snuggly and warm, indoors and out.

I appreciate how soft and plush the material feels. Itâs thick enough to provide comfort and warmth without the need for an external heat source. My cat took to it immediately and seems to enjoy lounging on it for hours.The bedâs ability to retain heat works perfectly for colder months, keeping my cat cozy and snug. Its size is also ideal, offering plenty of space without taking up too much room in my home.The bed is machine washable, and it holds up beautifully after a wash, maintaining its softness and shape.

Is there really cushioning inside?
The product page describes it as “thickened”, but it’s actually very thin. I haven’t taken it apart, but it just seems to be two different types of furry material with a layer of foil (or something crinkly) in between. If there is a cushion in there it must be VERY thin. The outside material is very soft and I like that it’s washable. I wish I could tell you how my cat likes it, but she won’t set foot on it. I’ve tried putting it in a few different locations but she just won’t touch it. I won’t fault the product for that, cats can be weird. And since I just have one cat I don’t know if it’s just her or if maybe it has a cat-repelling smell that I can’t detect.

For Cats and Dogs!
This self heating bed has been an awesome addition to my household. Both my cats and my small dog love using this bed.I am so glad that the bed is machine washable. Iâve already had to wash it, and the whole process was hassle-free.The bed isnât a bed as much as it is a âpadâ to go on top of a bed. Itâs soft but not thick or cushioned. My animals still love using it though.

I have 3 plug-in heated cat beds for my old timers. Those beds seem to be too warm for the younger cats, but they like these self-warming ones. Within about 5 minutes of unpacking this mat, a cat was on it. So, it is cat approved.It washed and dried on delicate beautifully. It looked the same coming out as it did going in.It is NOT 1.9″ thick.It is soft on both sides. It does have a crinkly sound but it is not annoying. The cats don’t seem to mind it.It is a perfect size to fit on a recliner, if you so choose.It is much more cost effective than a plug-in model. Cheaper to purchase and cheaper to use ($0).Most of our cats seem to like it so that is the most important thing.

Matches another rose blanket I have in my guest room, so I love the coordination
The primary reason I ordered this bed is that the rose pattern matches a blanket I already have in my guest room. It is super pretty. My current foster cat refuses to use it, but he is an unusually picky cat, and I neglected to sprinkle it with catnip first! This is a stylish cat bed that blends well with just about any decor, so for me that was a big plus – though I foster many cats, I don’t like having my home look like a kennel. It is soft and seems comfortable. It does have a small bit of a crinkly sound but that is typical for any self-warming cat bed. I would order it again.

I got this for some barn kittens and they love it, they do still love to explore and the cold hasn’t seemed to bother them too much but I find them snuggling on it often, they don’t seem to notice or make much noise with it, great value so far!

We have a plug in pet heating pad that our cat has enjoyed for many years. We have other ordinary pads around the house that he has used as well. When I first put this 60 cm x 45 cm sized pad down for him, he sniffed it and laid just his upper body on it for a few minutes. Since then, he’s mostly ignored it and has not fully rested on it that we know of. He does take time to adjust to something new, but this is unusual. The pad has a crinkly sound, not sure if that is what is deterring him at the moment.One can easily detect the self warming nature of the pad by standing with one foot on the pad and another on a regular pad. Within just a couple of minutes, you’ll feel a slight increase in warmth under your foot on this pad. It holds and reflects body heat. It is self warming as it claims to be.The entire pad is machine washable, but the ad is a bit misleading in that it says ‘machine washable cover’. The outer cover of the pad is not removable.

Katzen mögen es ja kuschelig weich und warm, ganz besonders Ihre Schlafplätze suchen sie nach diesen Gesichtspunkt gerne aus. Unsere Maine Coon Oma mag es wenn die Ecke wo sie liegt nicht allzu zugig und vor allem schön warm ist.Diese Decke hier kommt in der China Waren typischen Vakuumverpackung daher und ist schnell Einsatzbereit – es handelt sich um eine Wendedecke, wobei die eine Seite eher für drauÃen, die andere wohl eher für Drinnen konzipiert wurde. Ich denke aber das es Geschmacksache ist welche Seite man bevorzugt. Knickt und knäult man die Decke merkt man auch wie das mit dem Heizen funktioniert. In der Mitte ist eine Aluschicht die praktisch die Körperwärme der Katze reflektiert. Die Decke nutzt also die Körperwärme aus um diese zu speichern und abzugeben.Wir nutzen eher die flauschig weiche dunkle Seite – unsere Katzegefällt aber beide Seiten gut – die Decke liegt nun in Ihrem Körbchen und wird gerne besucht.
