Great backpack, Great Customer Service
This is a great sized backpack for a long day hike where you need water and some space for packing, but small enough it doesn’t get too heavy. It fits great and is comfortable to wear. The backpack seems to be made with quality material, it doesn’t feel cheap, and the price is much better than paying for a name brand. The water bladder works good and fits in the backpack with room for other things. It was nice that it came with a long brush for cleaning the straw. Lastly, after just a few uses, the bladder was dropped while refilling the water and developed a slit near the valve where the straw is connected. I reached out to Mubasel Customer Service through Amazon and they quickly replaced the bladder. I am very happy with the backpack and the customer service. I’d recommend this backpack to someone looking for a smaller backpack with a 2L water bladder that has good storage, but not too much where the backpack becomes heavy. It was originally recommended to me by a friend, and I have since bought one for my wife and another friend has bought one as well.

I bought this for a week of camping and hiking in Yosemite NP. It worked wonderfully. Fits comfortably, the hose and bladder were easy to install and use. Thereâs just enough storage space for snacks and sunscreen. It fit me well and my 6â2â tall son. He also said it was comfortable and easy to use the drink straw. No leaks! Easy to fill with the wide mouth and no issues with closing the top. Definitely recommend

Very durable and lots of storage
This is a great value for the price and quality. I also loved the huge selection of colors and patterns to choose from. Take your time to wash and dry out the bladder and wash the straw before initial use to avoid a chemical taste in your water. Found that out the hard way. It is also very comfortable and supportive to wear. I love the convenience of the pockets in the hip straps that wrap around your sides. Such a great feature while hiking.

very small but works
I bought this to replace a camel pack that has gone missing. I read all the reviews on several and chose this because the reviews made it seem similar to the one I misplaced.Unfortunately, it is much smaller than I was expecting and is not big enough to carry extra clothes, but does have room for ID, keys, etc. I will continue to look for a replacement hiking pack, but I have used it while I am on my stand up paddle board.PRO: light weight, the water does stay cool, and there is enough space to add a few food items in the cooler part. I keep chapstick and id in the front pockets.Fits nicely, I am 5’3 approx 130 lbs but very short waisted so I like the shortness.Perfect for when I am on my paddle board as I can keep hydrated without stopping. It will be fine for a light hike. Has several hooks which I use to clip whistle hand sanitizer etc.good price.CON: smaller than I expected. compartments are not large enough for clothing or even my flip flops. the bladder does build up condensation so it will get the pack damp.The front pockets do not hold my phone which I was disappointed to learn ( I have a samsung s10e).Overall, I do recommend as long as you understand it is not a “daypack” but a hydration pack.

Very comfortable to wear. Kept me hydrated on my Disney trip. The insulated pocket also has enough space for sandwiches and snacks for my husband and I for the day. I cleaned it well and then pulled it out 8 months later for the State Fair. It has enough extra space for my essentials too!

Iâve taken this backpack on every outdoor trip imaginable and itâs done me well. Recently took it snowboarding and maybe the freezing cold impacted the spout but the tip broke off after 5 years of usage. Iâd say I got my use out of the water bag. Backpack is still usable. Overall, recommend purchasing, it was a great investment.
