These are good products, but make sure youâre aware of the size before purchasing. They are definitely smaller than normal brushes. Not exactly what I expected but I should have read the reviews!

Not your typical affordable brushes
If anyone else is a skeptic like I am, you already know how daunting ordering an affordable set of makeup brushes is. I have ordered many sets that were affordable, and they all fell apart in one way or another. They were blotchy and caked in powder no matter how hard you tried to clean them.After using these brushes for roughly a month now, I am very pleased with not only how well they have held up but also how well they apply all of my products. They are very fluffy and apply all of my products in a very light and natural way. Not just that, they wash well. Usually, I can get them to go from looking like the sponge on the right to the bright pink of the puff on the left without extraneous effort.Even better, they never hold product inside the bristles, never to be washed away again. I am confident that I will have these in my collection for a very long time. If you were worried about buying them, I say give it a try.

Every brush I need for travel – but be prepared for pungent smell upon opening the package!
This is a great travel brush set! But I was not ready for how strong it smelled of glue when I opened it up! Phew! So intense it almost turned me off of using them. But I put the case outside and left it open overnight to air out. The smell was gone by morning, and I tested out the brushes.The brushes are of decent quality and are a good value for the price. The eyeshadow brushes blended my eye makeup as nicely as the full-size versions. The big fluffy brush works for blush and bronzer. The set comes with everything I could need and more to do my makeup while traveling. The case keeps all the brushes together and protected. No more digging through my cosmetics bag looking for a particular brush.I would recommend this set for yourself if you are prepared to let it air out first, but not so much to give as a gift. I wouldn’t want the receiver to be greeted with the first impression of the awful smell. Other than that, it is a good set of compact but effective brushes for traveling.
