A big help for moving big stuff!
Used for moving a 25 cu ft refrigerator (which are surprisingly heavy even when empty); this set of dollies was far superior to a different set I bought that (small, plastic with dinky wheels and very little clearance) deformed and broke the moment weight was lowered on to them – this set is metal has larger casters and worked well. My only gripe is that refrigerators have poor weight distribution and the casters may “drift” if there isn’t consistent uniform weight on all 4 corners and that one may vanish under the fridge while it is being moved due to minor floor deviations. If you need to move big stuff these work.

Worked Very Well With Moving Refrigerator
Dolly wheels worked well moving a refrigerator without requiring assistance. Lever bar and spacer blocks functioned well to lift refrigerator. Able to go over a small step up across entry door threshold from garage to foyer with refrigerator upright. The locking wheel on dollies worked well, preventing the refrigerator from moving while lifting the opposite side to place wheels underneath. The foam padding for dolly wheels and lever bar is cheap and does not adhere to tools well (hence the four stars, not five). Definitely worth the money to save wood floors (and my back) while moving refrigerator.

Misleading, Poorly Made, and Completely Unreliable
This product is a major letdown and even misleading. When moving my French door refrigerator with pull-out freezer drawers, the thin line down the center of the tires left noticeable marks on my laminate flooring, despite my efforts to protect it. Later, I tried using the dolly on my smooth cement garage floor to move an apartment-sized fridge, placing a piece of wood between the movers and the fridge for added stability. The wheels bent under the weight and dropped the fridge to the floor, even though both fridges are well within the advertised weight limit.Speaking of weight limits, there’s a major discrepancy in the listing. The product description claims a maximum load of 3,474 lbs, but the specifications state only 2,850 lbs. This misleading information is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the product doesn’t even come with a manual. You’re left guessing how to assemble or use the additional components effectively. The wheel locks are also unreliable, failing to hold items securely in place. This product is poorly made, misleading, and not suited for its intended purpose. Save your money and avoid it at all costs.

Wheels Do NOT Lock; Risers Missing :REPLACEMENT UPDATE
UPDATE: I received my replacement for this item. This time all the items were in the shipping box. However, the wheels STILL spin when locked. There are 4 wheels; one at each corner and one in the center. Only 2 of the wheels have locks and they still spin. They simply do not work. At least not on smooth surfaces. They should work on all surfaces for safety purposes. The wheels are also VERY slick, plastic not rubber. That is part of the problem with the lock. They slide on the floor when pushed which gives way for them to spin and even when locked. As for the risers, I haven’t tested them on a piece of furniture yet so I can’t yet speak for that. That said, it does make it so much easier to move furniture. So long as you are not going over humps (door threshold) or down hill. I’m very dissappointed the 2 sides of the plate are not high enough to hold the furniture from going off the plate. You can barely tell which side is higher. It almost looks as flat as the one that is higher. Still giving this 3 stars because of the safety issue with the wheels not locking and the edges of the plate not hold your furniture secure from coming off. Maybe ok for flat heavy items like a refrigerator but for items with legs, it’s not secure. First Review: For now I’m giving this a 3 at best. First of all, all 4 Risers are missing from the shipment. I’ve requested to return and reship the items so I’ll update after that is received. More importantly, the wheels DO NOT LOCK which is dangerous. Especially while loading the 2nd side. Once 2 pads are on and you go to the other side, the wheels already loaded freely move “360” spin. And if you are on a ramp or hill and need to adjust, it can move on you. Hopefully, the next will be much better. I’ll update when I get them and test. Otherwise, great quality and worth the purchase. Just need it to be safe and receive the risers which is 50% of the reason for the purchase.
