I like having this dispenser for my 2 small Chihuahuas. I don’t have to stop what I’m doing or rush home to feed them. Initially they wouldn’t use the bowls that came with the dispenser, so I had to raise the dispenser a little and use their old bowls until they got use to it. My dogs are small, so there is enough space for them to eat at the same time.

I was quite hesitant to buy this, as I wasnât convinced it would work well. But I have been proved totally wrong and itâs brilliant! We have 2 hungry âteenageâ boys, and are out at work most of the day. They got used to having âlunchâ while we were working from home in lockdown, and the food dispenser can give them lunch now we are back at work. The voice recording function is brilliant and it worked first time they were âcalledâ for a meal, itâs not really loud but does the job if the cats are on the ground floor of the house. At first they werenât too happy about eating from the 2 bowls close together but they have got used to it now. Itâs easy to fill up the container with biscuits, and the lid is totally cat proof, they have investigated it carefully and have given up trying to get into it as itâs impossible without an opposable thumb. Itâs also really useful if you are going to be out at other mealtimes, or want a lie in, so they donât miss a meal. The mealtimes and amount of food to be dispensed are quite easy to set up and alter if you need to. Itâs also great if you go away, it means that our cat sitter only needs to pop in once a day, rather than twice, to give some wet food and check and change their water. 100% recommend this.

Really easy to set up! Would recommend it (I have two cats). It would be nice if there were bowls that quietened the sound of the biscuits, as they get a bit spooked, but they are getting used to it. Neither have tried to break in to it, but itâs very sturdy so no fear of it falling over. Nice design and works well with standard Whiskas cat biscuits.

I did not receive any incentive for this review and I actually nearly did not buy as previous reviews mentioned to be careful about 5 star reviews. Anyways, I bought it because there was nothing similar and my cats bullied me every single morning to give them food at 3am, 5am and 6am. I just wanted something that can help my cats to be in schedule and also associate food with, so that I can get my sleep, work and earn money buy the furry babies products like this. And yes it worked.What I needed:1. Can feed 2 cats2. Can adjust the amount of the food and frequency because both are fat (not my words, vet said so!)3. Would still work if the electricity is gone4. Would still work if there is no internetWhat I got:1. Beautiful plastic splitter that splits the food into 2 bowls that are not plastic but stainless steel. Sometimes one bowl gets 1-3 more biscuits so it is not highly accurate but I don’t think this is a problem.2. Each time the roller rotates; an amount of dry food is dispensed. For me, 4 rotations corresponded to 20g at each bowl. It is possible to adjust the rotation from 1 to 40. And it is possible to schedule it at 8 different times. Roller is nice and wide and I cannot see it clogging.3. Feeder has 4 large batteries that I purchased the next day, I think that would support the whole unit for at least a week. That was the most important feature for me because I was worried that feeder lose all the settings if there was a power cut and my babies would not be fed on time when I am out. After I installed the batteries I cut the power and feeder just worked fine.4. Yes, smart feeding is great but is it really necessary? I did not want that on purpose because I really have EVERYTHING smart at home and wanted something that is hassle free and did not care if the connection dropped or not.Overall, I like this feeder and I recommend it. It has been 1 week and it just works fine. There is also a feature where it is possible to record any noise before feeding so that cats will know it is food time, if you don’t want any noise it is also possible to delete it.Product Improvement Suggestions:- I think it would be a nice touch if it had camera on it (I know what I said about smart lol)- A screen between 2 cats, like a privacy screen- Different colours for the feeder

This is our second dispenser from HoneyGuaridian and our cats love it! It allows you to program up to 6 meals a day, dispensing various amount of food as needed – you can set it up exactly as you wish.We don’t really use the voice recording feature of the unit, although the set up process is also fairly straight forward if required. The unit has a massive tank and can store a large amount of food, which was the main reason we got it so we know food will be available whilst we are away on short trips or long day shifts.You can power the unit via DC mains or with 4*D batteries, which can also serve as backup in case of power failure so food is always dispensed. Overall the unit is pretty good value as it makes creating a routine much easier for your fury friend! Highly recommended
