Iâve had this item for over a few months now and Iâm happy with it and the functionality is great and easy to setup, how ever if there is one minor problem when the feeder is set on anything above level 12 the food gets stuck or jammed up because it doesnât have the space to move in the food dish, so a suggestion would to make the food dishes a little bit bigger. Other that that I really think itâs an awesome buy and a price that is hard to beat.

I love this product for the convenience. I have two cats who liked to wake me up early in the morning for food time. With the addition of this feeder, that is no longer a problem! Plus, itâs impossible for them to break into it and steal food due to the design!It looks nice on the outside, and holds a good amount of food. Enough for you to be gone for a week or two depending on how much you have it set to output. It connects by power and also has a battery pack in case of an outage. Thereâs so many different settings available on the device as far as times and portions go, so you wonât be left lacking with that. My only complaint is that it is super loud and my cats were scared of it at first! But i havenât noticed any issues with the performance of the machine thus far, i.e. food getting stuck, feeder not going off at appropriate time, etc.

I have two cats and one is a very anxious eater. I used to have an automatic feeder with just one tray and that one cat will just dive in and the other one had to eat on the side. It takes a minute to figure out portion sizes, that is a bit tricky to know what is too much or not, but once you have the amount figured out, the rest is easy to set up. I have it set up for a bigger morning feed, and two smaller feeds, one in the afternoon then one in the evening. I love not having to be harassed immediately in the morning anymore by my two cats. Refilling is easy, and the divider makes it nice so both cats can eat together and the food is split evenly between the bowls. I donât have the voice recording set up, but the crunchies hitting the bowl does enough to get their attention when itâs time to feed. They come running every time. Highly recommend!

I programmed the feeding times for 9am, 2pm and 7pm. Each feeding time I programmed no more that 6 for the amount dispenses. I tried 10 and it overflowed. There is plenty enough at 6 and if they donât eat it all at the first feeding thereâs room for the next dispensing time.
