Excellent Beginner Yoga Cards
I love how the explanations for the poses are detailed. Very needed for a total beginner. The quality is excellent! Very durable card stock.I do wish the benefits are listed on the back of each card.

Perfect for Beginners, Experts, Enthusiasts
This is a really great set of yoga cards! I have had a very casual interest in yoga to complement my running and lifting. These cards are such a huge help in achieving my goals of flexibility and balance. They explain each exercise on one side, with a simple picture prompt on the other side. I like that they offer some sequences to run through. I also like that the cards have categoriesâ warm up, warm down, beginner, intermediate, advanced, balance, etc. So itâs easy to find whatever your target positions may be. I donât love the illustrations, but thatâs a personal preference (& really my only objection to the cards lol). Overall, they are a great set for me to step up my yoga game!

Fun and Easy!
The cards feature vibrant pictures and clear instructions, making it easy for both kids and adults to follow along. Each card has a fun description about the pose, which keeps everyone engaged and adds an educational element. I love the names of each pose!!! Theyâre perfect for encouraging movement and mindfulness at home.

Easy to use and fun to try, good instructions
These cards are so much fun when you want to try out some different yoga poses or put together a new flow. They are very easy to use and follow too. Good for beginners and beyond because of how helpful they can be. I’ve enjoyed flipping through and trying out poses I hadn’t done in awhile. Perfect gift for anyone who wants to try out some different yoga poses and it doesn’t take up a lot of space when you aren’t using them. The overall look of these cards is simple and designed well so it’s easy for anyone to use.

Fantastic
I had low expectations, but these card are surprisingly great. First off, they’re high quality card stock, with a slickness that makes them easy to sort through. Each individual card is put together with thought and card. The front is has a drawing of the pose, its name in both English and Sanskrit, and its “type”: warm up, core, stretching, balance, strength, core, backbending, and warm down. All the poses are numbered as well, from 1 to 50.The back of the card also has both names, a smaller drawing of the pose, and the type. But it also has detailed instructions on how to do the pose. I’ve been doing yoga for a long time, so know the particulars of many poses. This includes safety instructions on things to do and things to avoid in certain poses to avoid injury, which is a really nice touch. The back also includes a difficulty rating for each pose: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. It’s a little more than half beginner poses, with almost all the rest being intermediate, and just a few advanced poses: a very good mix.Again, as someone who knows yoga, I’d say the poses are accurately rated on difficulty, although I did find one intermediate pose, reclining hero, I’d rate more as advanced, but that’s a minor complaint. You should be able to get an even better sense of the difficulty from the image and pose instructions.Beyond all that, the deck comes with a card giving some instructions on how to use the deck as a whole, a card explaining the layout of the pose cards, a card explaining the point of warming up and down, and two cards with a total of four ready-made sequences to get you started.Overall, this is a really well put together and thoughtfully crafted deck of yoga poses. I’m extremely impressed that you can get such a nice deck for so little. I plan on using it to help explain poses to friends and family when I try to get them to join me in a session, but I can see this being extremely useful for the yoga newbie. Definitely check it out if you’re at all interested.
