The BEST baby monitor on the market!
Itâs definitely an investment but SO worth it! I finally have peace of mind. Iâve been failed by so many other monitors (wifi and non wifi) but this one is top tier, high quality, and dependable. I love that it comes with its own monitor and doesnât rely on wifi but you can also connect it to the app on your phone if youâre away from the monitor. Set up was incredibly easy. It has a nightlight and so many sound/music options that play on the camera. It also has an option to speak to your kid and you donât have to hold or release the button to hear them talk back. Another feature I appreciate is the design of the camera stand. Itâs designed to conceal any wiring and is very sturdy. My favorite thing about it is the breath monitoring capabilities. I havenât finished setting that up yet but even without it, the camera picks up every little movement and I can zoom in to see their breathing pattern. I highly recommend!!!

The WiFi connection is easy, night vision is SO clear, and I personally love the sleep mode function where it has motion detection, and that causes the camera to turn on.Highly recommend!

Reviewing Philips Avent Premium Connected Baby Monitor, This is an amazing baby monitor. Not only can I watch and hear whatâs going on in my babyâs room, but I can track her sleep and breathing rate, and I can do it without needing to put any device on her! It keeps a 30-day diary so I can see trends which help me to know if something is normal or abnormal and gives me insights into the results. The display has a great quality picture and the setup on this unit was super easy. Anyone with or without tech experience will be able to set it up in no time. One note: You donât need WIFI to see the video at home. Since Philips is a trusted brand and they use multiple layers of encryption, I trust this is a secure device that I donât worry about having in my home.I am still getting used to the cry interpretation, but so far, itâs been accurate. It has been amazing me every day. I should note that I have 3 months to try it out for free, but after that, it requires a subscription to continue using this feature (via Zoundream).It has a room thermometer with alerts and a night light that you can configure. You can use it as a speaker to talk to your baby and you can record personalized sounds to play also. Or you can play one of the five included lullabies, the included peaceful/soothing sounds or white noise. There are plenty of options. It also has a background mode which is handy to save your phone battery so you can still hear the room while the phone is locked (or while youâre doing other things on your phone).We have it mounted on our babyâs crib, where she canât get to it. It has an eco-mode which is handy, but I would be remiss if I did not point out that it ONLY runs on 2.4GHz, so if your wifi is 5GHz, youâll need to check if your router is dual band and if so, set up the 2.5GHz channel. If itâs not dual band and is only 5GHz, youâll need a new one that has 2.4 also. Also, keep in mind the fine print says Philips will offer software updates for 2 years after date of purchase. I donât know if that means they will stop offering updates after two years, or if it is up to their discretion whether they continue to offer updates.All in all, this is an amazing device, and I donât know how we ever got along without it. Technology has come so far and has made great strides in the last several years, but this one is truly a wonder since it helps keep our baby safe without us needing to hover around our babyâs room 24/7. We love it!!!

Premium Baby Monitor
This baby monitor system is very high tech. We are replacing an older video monitor that had no smart features so this feels like a world of difference. The video feed is high quality and clear. The setup was a little more involved and we are still working through some of the features. I really like that it can monitor the baby’s breathing without having anything mounted/attached to the baby itself. That is probably our favorite feature. Some of the features, like the lullaby doesn’t really appeal to us. I think that the audio quality is less than stellar and its just a feature that we don’t plan on using. Other than that, I really like this baby monitor system and although its pricey, I would recommend it.

This Philips Avent baby monitor sets the bar for quality! For starters, the set up was really straight forward and easy! The instructions are super clear and there are options to mount on the crib or wall. The monitor screen is such a great size! Not super bulky and can be stationary or hand held. The camera quality is a 10/10! Even the night time option is very clear. I love that there are so many additional options with this baby monitor system…there’s a nice warm orange light included in the camera, an option to log sleep habits and monitor breathing, lullaby music (customizable), and no need for wifi if it’s just for the basic monitoring. I feel at peace with this monitor! I would definitely recommend!
