These clips are easy to use and look great. But after wearing only three times, the tortoiseshell clip cracked very easily. I do not have thick hair, so Iâm not sure what happened. Would not recommend.However, update to the above…Kitsch contacted me almost immediately and replaced the cracked clip even when replacements/returns were outside the window. Excellent customer service!

I loved these clips because they can hold up a lot of hair for an extended amount of time. But without fail, every single clip I have used, on the second use – has broken. Not at the clasp or spring, not on the top part but the bottom piece (that lays closest to your scalp). Snapped right in half and not because of user error; I simply removed it from my hair and just like that it was broken. Every single clip I have used. I thought at first it was my error, then I thought it was the pack I purchased but I’m on my 3rd pack now and still having the same issue. It’s been a waste of money for me, at this juncture, I can’t advise anyone to purchase as I won’t be repurchasing at all.
