Happy with Hair Wax Stick
Update 11/19/24- I have used about a dozen times now and did a slicked back look on my curly hair. This time I used stick directly on my hair with light pressure and also on my fingers to fine tunw some stray hairs. Love this. No greasy or tacky reside left on my fingers is fast to apply and still no issues with the push up design. Highly recommend with advice: less is more. Only light pressure needed for product to work great. Don’t over do it. I have not used a lot of the product or for all day so cannot talk about all day hold at this time.Just received this a few days ago and have used twice. I don’t mind the push up. After reading other reviews, I just rubbed my fingertips over the bar to apply, to tame loose wild hairs. I have not yet tried a sleek pulled back hairstyle. When I do, I will apply with fingertips as well. I did try running the stick across my hair over the ears section but used very light pressure. It did not have a scent which I appreciate. It was not too tacky on my fingers and glided easily over the hair I wanted to tame. I have not had issue with it leaving my hair greasy after washing it. Overall I am happy with it, the hold and ease of application. I have long, leaning towards frizzy C2 hair that I pull top half up with combs style or up in high ponytail. I have those shorter hairs that curl out that I typically tuck behind my ears and those “horns” at my temples that only want to stick up. This works well in taming them. I may update when I do a slicked back ponytail to see how much I use and how long it holds up.

The product works as advertised however I wouldnât buy again simply because it caused a white substance in my hair-like I have dandruff or a dry scalp. I thought maybe it was because I hadnât washed my hair so I washed my hair and tried it again on one part of my hair and I had the same turn out in the one spot. It also causes my hair to feel nasty/stiff-if I just put it on and donât move my hair it would be fine for the flaking but the moment I try moving my hair or brushing I immediately notice the flakes. So if youâre just using this for a slick back bun thatâs already in place this is for you.

This stick can be moved up and/or down according to how much of it you wish to use. There is no scent which is a plus for me. I like the fact that once applied it truly does keep my hair in place. It really does get the job done. This is my second purchase. Since I was impressed by the first purchase (one stick) I felt that it would be a good idea to purchase two sticks this time. ….a truly very good product…recommend!

TenÃa tiempo que lo querÃa comprar y la verdad no sé por qué no lo compré antes, es muy bueno, buen tamaño, bastante producto y económico. Me ayuda mucho a mis cabellitos rebeldes de la frente cuando me hago una cola de caballo y no tengo que estar usando gel o spray. Solamente comento que es una cera, por lo que queda un poco âgrasosoâ pero no se ve mal, se ve como cualquier gel o spray pero sin quedar duro. Se quita fácil con el lavado del cabello.
