Edit: the app for this is so bad itâs not worth it. I got it mostly for sleep stuff and it is terrible for that. If I wake up it stops giving any data for sleep. You canât look at past data. Itâs dumb. Donât recommend.-I got this because I am constantly forgetting to charge my Apple Watch. This is ok; not amazing but itâs better than I thought it would be. The main reason I got this was to track my sleep, which it does but not great. If I wake up and go back to sleep, it doesnât track the second part. Itâs comfortably and was only annoying for about a day. The steps are pretty good, although itâs higher than my watch shows. Iâm happy enough with it and, for the money, it seems worth it.

I purchased this ring to track my sleeping and walking distance. I also wanted something which looked elegant (not too sporty) with my other gold jewelry. This ring is perfect. However, I have noticed, after 4 months of use, that the sleep tracker is not absolutely accurate. Mine will not notice that I am awake unless I actually stand up and walk to the bathroom or such. Also, there have been results documented which could not have possibly been accurate. Like stating that I slept only two hours when I actually slept 8. Or that my light sleep was in a solid block of 4 hours and deep sleep was in a solid block of 3 hours. But if you just want an overall, general idea of where you’re at on your sleep and walk, etc. this ring fits the bill. Oh, and it was accurately sized for my size 9 index finger. Thank you. -V.
