*8/14 Update! Customer service at Maxi Cosi has corrected the situation, I must say I am completely thankful and surprised at how great they were with assisting me with my issue. They genuinely changed my mind regarding child safety. Although my car seat did have issues, they have exceeded my expectations in ensuring my child is safe in her car seat. (changing my stars to 5 just because customer service truly backed up there product).I purchased this stroller, car seat combo in February. Iâve always been a maxi Cosi customer. And am so disappointed with this product. The car seat completely came apart, literally had no idea my baby was in a car seat that was not safe. Spend the extra money to buy a reputable stroller. I do not recommend.

Terrible stroller and car seat.
DO NOT BUY THIS CARSEAT. It is cheaply made and expensive for what theyâre giving you. My babyâs safety in a vehicle is a priority but it is not maxi cosiâs. The car seat unglued itself after one use. The day I delivered. My husband had to rush to buy another, so there we are, officially spending over $1200 because this one didnât work and we had to rush and buy another one same day.It sure is a beautiful car seat and stroller but not worth it when it breaks after one use.

Bought this in the blue color and itâs gorgeous!!We have a similar Graco travel system and my review is based off that experience.Keep in my mind, I live in a tropical climate in Latin America, so this package traveled from FL overseas. We received the package in pristine condition and no visible damage to the box.Assembly was done by my husband in 30-45 min (and that was him taking his time to get to know the travel system) and was so straightforward and easy to do.Everything that clicks does so effortlessly. Switching from infant seat to bassinet is easy. The components are not heavy yet durable. The size is pleasant. Not bulky but does take some space. I would travel with this system on a plane.The stroller moves flawlessly. Locking the wheels requires a small tap and the front wheels can be locked too.Love the 5 ways to position the seats, my newborn fits perfectly in the infant seat with the provided padding (he weighs about 7 lbs).The base was installed in 5 minutes whereas and the infant seat clicks on and off easily.The graco system we have looks just like it but operationally was a headache. After one use of the graco, we decided to buy this system instead. The graco was bought second hand in mint condition.Im so happy with this purchase and would purchase again in a heartbeat

The wheels in the video had the breaks on , we where still learning how to use it so thatâs why it looked like that but once you take them off it feels soooo soft when your moving it , this stroller has so many negative reviews but I give this 5 stars!! The baby seat is so comfortable!! I can just imagine how comfortable baby is gonna be sleeping in it when we go to car rides ! And the the basinet is soooo cuteee !!! Literally comfortable as well the quality and everything is good it was easy to assemble for a first time parent not knowing what the hell to do ð, I didnât have to read the instructions I just kind of went with the flow and was confuse but got it right away !the handles you can make it more up or down for shorter people so itâs good when dad or mom are taking turns with it , my baby is coming in a week and this stroller is a dream so thank you so much maxi cosi!!! ð©·ð©·ð©·ð©·

Donât waste your money
Stroller is AWFUL. Wheels always get stuck no matter what you do itâs terrible trying to turn it or get around anywhere with it. The car seat itself was okay. There is nothing special about it. We used it for 8 months and it completely split this week. The front half is detached from the back half making it no longer safe for my son. Weâre not even sure what caused it to split in half like that. We picked it up to put our son in it and it was broken. There is nothing great about this system and I would look elsewhere for something reliable

Falling apart!!
Bought this travel system because it was so beautiful! It was $500 so I expected it to be top notch… absolutely not! Not safe at all… the styrofoam is coming off of the back of the car seat and the fabric will no longer stay. At one point the fabric was laying over my babies head! I immediately bought a different system and contacted the manufacturer!The stroller constantly gets stuck and you have to wiggle it back and forth for the wheels to straighten out and go. Plus the shade is so tiny it doesn’t shade the baby from any sun!I never leave reviews but felt I needed to before another mom wastes $500 on an unsafe car seat and travel system.
