Salty yâall
I bought these for hiking. I always put one pouch in one liter of water. They dissolve super easy. They are super salty, which is kinda the point. But they are more salty than other electrolytes Iâve had before. Overall I think they do their job – I always feel hydrated and energized when I bring these in my hike. This variety pack is nice so you can try different flavors. I prefer them in cold water, but they still taste ok in warm water (not delicious but not terrible).Iâve also seen people use these in other recipes like electrolyte gummy bears! Havenât tried it yet, but sounds fun!

My Favorite Electrolytes
I love these LMNt packets so much. I consistently took liquid IVs towards the middle to end of my pregnancy and they were sooooo helpful. I did some looking around for a drink with less ingredients and LMNT was exactly that, no harmful extra stuff, only the electrolytes and some flavoring. Love that it is a clear drink, it dissolves as easy as any other electrolyte packet! The taste is great in my opinion. Iâve seen some reviews complain about saltiness? Iâm guessing those are folks who do not regularly drink sports drinks. My suggestion is using 32 ounces of water. I do think using 16oz would make it way too salty. But it is perfect with 32! I look forward to drinking this every day. They are fantastic.

Fantastic electrolyte drink; *very* salty
I originally purchased LMNT for a family member with POTS who is supposed to have around 8,000mg of salt/day. She won’t drink them because they are so salty they make her nauseous. However, I love them. When I’m feeling dehydrated or like I’m getting sick, drinking these makes a huge difference. Yes, it’s salty, but it’s tasty. I mix the packet into about 40 oz of water, and it’s perfect for me.

Hiked 8 days through the mountains and let me tell you….I am certainly glad I had these on the days that were scorching hot and fresh water was hard to find (and filter). The flavours are pretty good but I only used about half a package as recommended. I found them quite salty but that’s probably because I’m not accustomed to taking electrolytes. I recommend and would definitely buy again!
