Cooks great, light weight but great quality
Hard to get excited over pots and pans right… We bought a set of stainless steel cookware from Costco several years ago to replace the teflon coated set for obvious reasons.They are great but really heavy and not easy to clean – no non-stick coating (and we love Costco quality).These on the other hand are much lighter (more of a normal weight) and feel great to cook with. They heat up very well and you can actually reduce the gas setting as they conduct heat very well. The ceramic coating is the game changer though. Food does not adhere and clean up is a snap. Use the included silicon utensils to keep the coating perfect. The Copper color looks great too!

The handles and glass lid are oven proof. This set is oven and dishwasher safe which makes your life so easy. I have retired all my old cookware and replaced with this whole set. I looked long and hard for a good set ofnonstick cookware that was safe and well designed. This is it!! It is ergonomically designed, has stainless steel bottoms (which is very difficult to find) lightweight, super nonstick, and gorgeous to boot! Every time I use this cookware Iâm amazed at how even the large pieces are lightweight, balanced, and easy to handle. And speaking of handles, these really do stay cool. What I really wanted was a 12â skillet, and this set doesnât have one, but it turns out the large pan with sides is way better than a big skillet! So fun to cook with. This is a great company with an excellent product. Look no further! You can wash these in the dishwasher, but I find I rarely do because they are just so beautiful I actually like washing and drying them by hand.
