I was very hesitant to buy this machine as the price was too good to be true. The product did not disappoint! The quality of this machine is top notch. I have a golden doodle. She is only 3 months old. This machine is so gentle and quiet she just laid down as if I was brushing her, meanwhile she was really getting groomed. Zero mess!! The suction actually gets all the fur into the container. This will save thousands over the years in grooming fees! If you are a do it yourself type of person and save money- this product is perfect for you and wonât let you down. Its simple design is amazing. Easy to assemble and use. Not to mention all the extra attachments and guards it comes with. I believe every dog owner needs one of these!

This thing is super convenient! Itâs really easy to use, and i love all of the attachments that it comes with. The sound level isnât too bad, a little quieter than an average vacuum. It didnât seem to bother my dogs too much to be honest, but theyâre used to regular grooming.

This has been a game-changer for helping to keep our fluffy âwinter coatâ horseâs hair and skin clean and healthy! We keep it clean after every use, since horses get a LOT dirtier than dogs, but so far so good, and itâs easy to hold while vacuuming her, plus not so loud that sheâs bothered by it. Sheâs never been vacuumed before and loves it! Great price too!

Electric trimmer fell apart
I am updating my review. Hicozy contacted me and sent a replacement trimmerhead immediately. I also found there is a Hicozy support website that is easily located via a search engine outside of Amazon. If additional parts or support is needed I can contact Hicozy directly without any problems. I do appreciate their quick response and resolution for my concerns.The rest of the unit, the vacuum and all of the attachments work great. I am not a groomer, but I have two dogs that need constant grooming and this system is easy without creating a mess. I can quickly clip or shave my dogs and not spend an entire day prepping an area, grooming, and then cleaning up pounds of hair.This is a 5 star concept with 0 star execution. I bought this on May 12th and received it several days later. I used it for the first time in May. The trimmer head kept falling off. I used it again in June to lightly trim the face of my puppy. The trimmer worked but the trimmer head fell off several times. I used it in July to groom my dog and the trimmer head fell apart so now I have a dog that looks like she has mange.The cordless trimmer was used 3 times for less than 15 minutes each time which means the trimmer didn’t even last an hour. The rest of the unit still functions, but without the cordless trimmer, what good is it?There are no replacement parts available to order. The seller refers me back to Amazon. Amazon tells me I’m past the return window. All I want is a replacement for the cordless trimmer, not the entire unit.
