I have been grooming my toy poodle outdoors because of the furry mess it makes. The floating fur makes the birds happy, but I and my carpeted porch end up covered. This is an amazing solution. All those tiny fine hairs are pulled right into the storage container of the vacuum. Grooming is already a noise that my pup is used to so using this tool is not much different and my pooch doesn’t mind at all. Now I don’t have to wait for a warmer day throughout the colder months to groom because I can do it indoors. I don’t get fancy with my cuts and have always kept a puppy cut on my girl so this works well for us.Additionally, this fantastic tool works for the shedding pups. A little louder than expected
My Corgi has a strong dislike for vacuums, to the point I was hesitant to even try this dog grooming kit. I turned it on, and the thing was louder than our quiet vacuum. That was my mistake, as when the hose is attached to the base, it becomes a lot quieter. I wouldn’t call it a quiet operating device but on the lowest setting, my Corgi tolerated it. And the distance from the base unit to the end of the hose makes a difference as well. I have tried all the attachments, and they work well when you secure them properly. That can be a little tricky at first, but once connected, they work well. I have not tried the clippers yet, as I want my dog to get used to the unit first before moving on.

Canât release the dust bin
I hate to give this 3 stars because it overall itâs a good small size grooming vacuum but I am having a lot of trouble getting the dust bin off to empty out the fur. The piece to push in is just too small for me to be able to push down so it releases. Not sure if this is user error or the plastic piece is not big enough. The rest of the machine works well, not too loud, good suction, lots of accessories. Not sure if anyone else had this issue but this is a no go for me.

This is a reasonable home grooming vacuum system for animals. The motor isn’t very loud, but since you have to manipulate the animal as well as the cutting tool it might help if you have a groomer-style head restraint for your pet or someone to help. Due to the nature of the tool it’s plainly more suited to uniform short to medium coat animals; if you use it on a longhair or wirehair breed you’re getting a “puppy cut” instead of the hand-stripped look for showing. Depending on how many animals you have and how often they require grooming this device will pay for itself fairly quickly in grooming fees, excluding the value of your time.

Not too loud. Our dog didn’t seem to mind sitting for the brushing and the vacuum took a lot of fur off of her. Easy enough for our 11 year old son to use on the dog.

Works good and it’s fairly quiet
This Dog Grooming Kit will pay for itself really fast! I have 4 dogs, 2 of which need constant grooming. It’s very easy to trim my dogs hair and the vacuum grabs the hair. It’s very easy to empty. My dogs are really easy to trim and this will help me out a lot.

Compact Power.
I have never owned one of these before so I was not sure what to expect. I thought it might be underpowered when I saw it due to its compact size. I was very wrong.There is all the needed tools that come with this to keep a furry friend. There is clippers and guards if you would like to give that a go on your own. I dont think Im ready to start shaving yet. There is a brush that has a trigger to release the hair and push it up on the comb. The brush sucks too. It has a crevice tool and a lint brush style tool. Both work great. They all push on and pull off.The vacuum is smaller than I thought it would be and therefore instantly thought this is not gonna work well. I turned it on and it has 3 settings, Low, Medium, High. Even on high it is not very loud. The amount of hair it picked up on low was impressive. This thing really picks up hair well.The canister has several type of filters. It has a metal filter and a hepa style filter and then a foam filter that sit under it. All seems to be cleanable, replaceable. The entire canister is small enough to sit on a bathroom sink vanity and I have really come to enjoy the size being so small and powerful for the job it is meant to do. The hose is long enough to have this on the counter and it reaches the floor . Its also small enough to carry around. I wish It had a handle. Get rid of the pet hair everywhere and get one of these. I would recommend this tool. Amazing for anyone who deals with any kind of hair.
